The home is very quaint and well appointed. There were many things that we could avail ourselves with. A kayak, a bike, beach chairs, greens in the garden, BBQ grill, a very nice pair of binoculars, a boogie board etc. Lots of interesting wall decorations of drawings and paintings. Close to the very nice towns of Montauk and Sag Harbor. The beach is nearby. For the ocean side we really enjoyed Hither Hills State Park.

The cottage was exactly as described. Clean, well equipped and right by the beach. This place has everything you need. AC, cable tv, wifi and a fabulous location. While this is someone's well loved and maintained home, it is ready for guests with clean linens, comfy beds and a stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is great too. Great communication with the hosts. Close to beach, market and restaurants.

Spent 2 weeks at this small and charming property. The location is spectacular; just steps from a bay beach and Rita Cantina.
The Wi-Fi was steady for us to WFH, but note that regular cell phone calls do not work 90% of the time.
The kitchen air conditioner was plenty for the whole cottage. Owners Pam and Gene were readily available for questions. Perfect for 2-3 people and a dog, of course!
