Staying in casa stavris is felt like staying in a family members nice house in a vacation. The family is so hospitable and nice and the newly renovated outdoor is very beautiful. We loved the breakfast and the vibes and highly recommend staying there. Also the location was very convenient.

Colazione eccezionale con torte fatte in casa e personale stupendo: cordiali, gentili e molto disponibili. È stato un piacere e torneremo sicuramente.

Well equiped ckean and nice rooms, staff is very friendly!
Bit noisy due to the highway next to it

Decent experience but not the best. The main positives are the ladies that work there. Christina and her cousin who do breakfast in the morning are lovely. They made sure that I had gluten free breakfast to eat each day. Christina is very caring and friendly and always offered advice and help when she could. The cleaners deserve a pay rise because each day they thoroughly cleaned the rooms, gave clean towels and even folded our clothes and displayed them nicely on the bed (It was so sweet). The only positives are those. Christina and the cleaners work so hard and are lovely. The hotel is decent distance from main Faliraki strip/beach, less than 15 minute walk. Its very quiet and peaceful.
Our room and balcony was very small and tight. We asked to be upgraded from start of trip but did not get a response from management or much communication from them during the stay. The pool outside is small. The bathroom was not nice compared to the pictures. On the last day we were not allowed to have late check out which is fine but we were not happy about leaving our bags in the reception/dinning area where other guests would walk around. It did not feel secure. Overall I would not stay here again and personally would not recommend.

really nice stuff
good strategic position to visit more places
no privacy in the terrace
swimming pool request to be clean more that one time a day ( because the wind make the water dirty)
Rooms 105 not really big
in the description was included a little kitchen but there was only a fridge and a water kettle
Hotel on a main street

The room was very nice and cleaned every day. Major plus for an air conditioning which was working very well. Very tasteful breakfasts with some local accents.
The hotel is located next to one of the main roads of the island, so unfortunately we could hear traffic at nights. There were no air conditioning in the reception (where the food was served as well).

it was so clean and modern. The private hot tub was great. Air-con came in handy too. very peaceful, main road wasn’t an issue, especially at night. our towels, bedding and room was cleaned every morning and replaced with new clean sets. staff were very friendly and welcoming. They made an effort to attend to all our requests.
everything was great. Apart from some ants from outside coming in if the door was left open.

Rooms were lovely, the owner was lovely and helpful.
The sheets weren't always the cleanest. One night there was a black stain, the next change over day there was a red stain.

little bit far from center

Very good place to stay at Faliraki. Personnel very extremely sweet and kind.
We stayed at the room with private bath tube outside. Additionally, it was possible to use small pool on the accomodation territory. Loved these!
We were very happy with our stay.

The room with private pool is just awesome !!!
Beautiful, modern, decorated with taste, and very comfy.
Breakfast is great, lots of choice. Very friendly staff👍
Just the main road, a bit annoying, but it did not spoil our stay!

We enjoyed the stay at Casa Stavris and the hospitality of the owners. The breakfast was well prepared and tasty, with some traditional greek food. Location was also good, just by the main road that connects north and south part of the island. The "noise" from the main road that some people in the comments mentioned were not disturbing for us during the night, we slept just fine. We went to Faliraki center few times in the evening and it took us 10min down the road. There is also well stocked market not far away and very tasty and affordable restaurant Mousikorama few steps outside the Casa Stavris. In general it was good value for money and we would recommend staying here if you rent a car to visit different parts of the island.

This is a family-run property, with clean and modern-looking studios (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom, as well as a small balcony). The studio had everything you could expect (and all was working fine) and the management even provided a few extras on my request. Cleaning/room service was actually more frequent than I wanted... (I did not need my towels and sheets changed every 2 days).
The breakfast was fairly good, partially home-made, always a bit different every day. I really enjoyed it!
When I arrived, reception gave me an amazing list of references for places to eat, visit, relax, etc... There was a restaurant about 50m away, a supermarket less than 1km, and the beach also close to 1km (10-15 min walking). The city centre was also under 1km away. There is a bus stop 100m away, where you can get the direct bus to Rhodes city.
There is also a small pool on site and an outdoors area where you can seat in the shade.
Unfortunately, I did not appreciate all the traffic noise from early morning until late, given that the property is right next to a busy road. Maybe not so much an issue if you are coming as a family (and make some noise yourself ;) )...

Very nice place. Room, breakfast, staffs, I loved everything.
Just the location was a bit inconvenient if you are going out walking.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough, we were fortunate enough to book one of the luxury suites that included a spa bath/ hot tub. We were blown away by the stunning decor in our room - it was extremely modern design with tv and fridge. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially Vi Vi who was an absolute delight to meet. The breakfast was lovely too with many options and different varieties each day. There is a small pool however this hotel is in one of the best locations to visit many of the BEST beaches in the whole of the island. This hotel is also in close proximity to old town Rhodes and the amazing night life of Falaraki.
100% would recommend you book here you will not be disappointed

we stayed in the new updated pool suite room 107 which was so beautiful I can’t recommend it enough. rooms were cleaned daily and new towels every other day. on arrival we had a bottle of wine and nuts, pool cleaned every other day. on arrival the lady was helpful informing us where restaurants and bars are in the area. i would say it’s about 10 mins walk to centre.
the only downside for us a couple is the bed is two singles put together and not the comfiest. the main pool at the front of the hotel isn’t the nicest but I think it may be renovated soon as the hotel seems to be going for boohoo vibes which is lovely. we can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have.

hotel clean every day ,towels were changed. service at the highest level. delicious breakfasts. They even made us one day at 7am so we could go on a trip in the morning. It is also possible to rent a car without any problems and without a credit card. I would recommend this hotel although it is not very central it's very close.
The hotel was too close to the highway. It did not bother us, but it is possible that noise sensitive people can be problematic. other than that, there are no downsides

Spacious comfortable modern rooms. Really good breakfast and a short walk into Faliraki centre
Nothing
3.5 / 5.0
Fair rate, helpful staff, large and convenient bathroom, short drive to Rhodes, fair breakfast but small quantities, fair room size with enough light and sockets
Close to main road, thus very noisy, doors don't lock properly, inconvenient bed matress & pillows, no closet in the room, a kichemette without thing needed like any kind of towel, not enough supply of soap.
The hotel had only few guests. Why locate them at enclosed rooms so they disturb eavh other. The isolation btween rooms could be better.

We stayed in Stavris Studios for a week and we felt like home.
The owners were very welcoming and always available to help us and give us suggestions. They really treated us like family and we felt the greek hospitaly.
The rooms were modern and clean, the location very convenient for faliraki beach and strategic to reach the other main beaches of the island.
Although the studios are next to the main road, the place was calm and quiet, also at night.
Totally reccomended.

The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds.
The owners are very hospitable, they fulfill every request. We have never met this nice and helpful hosts.
