This vacation home consists of three (3) separate units boasting fabulous waterfront bay and estuary views from the upper and lower grand decks and throughout the entire home! Yes, you get both the upper and lower units, plus the “Bunkhouse of Villa A” when you stay at this home! Relax in a sparkling new Hotspring hot tub, or kick-back on the huge outdoor upper and lower decks. Sit-up to one of the railing bars and watch the magnificent egrets, herons and cranes wander nearby in their natural habitat. Bring your kayaks and fishing gear and launch onto the bay...the kayak launch point is right across the street, just steps away! Sandy or muddy after having a great day? Rinse-off outside in your own private outdoor shower!

The interior is delightful with bright and colorful large rooms with bay/estuary views throughout. The large windows allow a lot of natural light to come in and makes for a nice lodging experience. The home is located on a quiet, upscale residential street within close walking distance to popular restaurants, shops, bay, beach and all the fun activities that SPI has to offer. All three kitchens are equipped with appliances and are fully stocked with all cookware - including pots, pans, utensils, bakeware, dishes and more! Two sets of washer/dryers are available, one set in Villa 'B' and one set in The Bunkhouse of Villa 'A'.

This property entails three separate accommodations within one home. On the upper levels, Villa 'B'; and on the lower levels Villa 'A' and “The Bunkhouse of Villa A” on the lower levels, including a beautiful new hot tub with access from all units via a stairway off of the lower deck.

Villa 'B': This large Villa is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home and offers guests 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Guests will walk into a beautiful open living space and breathtaking views of the bay from the double sliding glass doors and large kitchen window. The living area features a large flat-screen TV, ample seating, vaulted ceilings, and an electric fireplace with adjustable heat. The fireplace also has a wide array of flame colors! The living room sofa opens to a queen bed as well as a twin-size fold-out lounge for additional sleeping accommodations. The open large kitchen has a view window with seating area for four and is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils making preparing meals a breeze! There is a second dining area located next to the living room and kitchen that features an additional 4-person dining table which is perfect to have family meals. The 3rd level of the home is a large private loft with a full bathroom, desk, futon bed and unbelievable views out of the 3 bay-facing windows.

Guests will walk into a nice open living area and breathtaking views of the bay; featuring a large flat-screen TV, ample seating, and an electric fireplace with adjustable heat. The fireplace also has a wide array of flame colors! Both living room chairs open to become lounges, or twin beds for additional sleeping accommodations. The open kitchen features a sit-up bar for 3 and is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils making preparing meals a breeze! The dining area located next to the living room and kitchen features a 4-person dining table plus an additional 4-person dining table with table leaves, which is perfect to have family meals.

The open kitchen features a rollable cart for extra counter space and doubles as an expandable drop-leaf table for a fun dining experience! Kitchenette is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils making preparing meals a breeze!
