The house was wonderful! Everything was provided as promised. We were close to the Ark Experience as stated. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly. I would definitely highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay with family while visiting ark encounter. Extremely quiet neighborhood, beds were very comfortable and clean. Very easy stay with kids since utensils/ high chair / pack n play and bunk beds available. Clean and the communication with host was excellent!

We stayed here due to it's proximity to the Ark Encounter. The house has a great fenced in back yard and the yard was well maintained. The house is really clean! There were plenty of large bath towels and the beds were super comfortable and the sheets/comforters/pillows all were exceptionally clean (which I appreciate)!! The house is really close to a Dollar General which is great for last minute snacks and food items. The house was well stocked with trash bags/toilet paper. The neighborhood is peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay!

The sign at the end of the driveway clearly marks the address. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay longer if we needed to.

Owner of the property was VERY reachable when we had questions!! The accommodations met our expectations for why we were traveling. It gave our son his own bedroom off from the master bedroom. It had an open and welcoming kitchen and a very much appreciated welcome basket. If you are looking for comfort, this is the place. Thank you to our host!!

The place was solid for my family of 6. The kids were comfortable and it was a good place to come back to after visiting the Ark Encounter. The best part was working with the host. He was clear with his communication and very responsive to any needs that came up. I wish that I could work with him on all of vacations in the future.

Peter communicated well throughout the whole process from booking to checking out. House is adorable and just what we needed for our stay. It’s minutes from the Ark. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The bathrooms are really good, although there was only one but it was plenty for all of us. The bedrooms and the cleanliness were very nice also!

My family of 5 kiddos and 2 adults stayed here for a trip to see the Ark Encounter. It was an excellent location! The house was perfect for what we needed, and you can tell the owner is thoughtful in setting it up for renters. We appreciated the basket of snacks on the table and the ice trays in the freezer. Everything we needed to prepare and clean up from meals was provided. And the laundry was such a blessing! (Parents of young kiddos, you know what I mean.) The owner was great about communication, and gave us some good recommendations about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay here very much. Very clean and it had a home like feel to it. It is very close to the Ark Encounter, about a 6 minute drive. We like to cook our own meals vs going out and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. There is a nice meat shop across the neighborhood that had veggies and other staples and we enjoyed shopping at. Would recommend this home to friends and would come back and use it again.

The resident was as depicted from the pictures. Everything needed to be cozy was provided. Not too far from the Noah’s Ark which was perfect since it was the reason for our trip. Peter the owner was reachable at all times. Good trip!

This home was impeccably clean and welcoming! We were so impressed with how comfortable the beds and linens were. Our kids didn't want to pack up and leave! The host Peter was attentive and even provided unexpected amenities such as a basket of snacks in the kitchen and ample coffee choices. We were so thankful for our short stay here, would not hesitate to stay again if given the opportunity, and have already recommended this property to friends who might be traveling through soon!

We had a really nice time in Williamstown. This is a great place to stay. Very convenient and close to the Ark Encounter. Peter was very easy and prompt when communicating with him. It was as clean and inviting as any place I have stayed. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future

This property is wonderful. It was close to places to eat and to the Ark. It was very clean and located in an easy to find quiet neighborhood. The owner had left a snack basket on the table and was very quick to respond to messages. The only downside is there is only one bathroom and that made it a little difficult trying to get everyone (6 of us) ready and out the door.

We stayed during our visit to the Ark Encounter. Because of our group size I wanted more than a few small hotel rooms - this house was perfect! Restful, clean, very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay! It's just around the corner from the Ark and right off the freeway. Very clean and well maintained. The next time I go to the Ark, I'll definitely consider this location again.

Check-in was very easy, the host was in contact and gave us all the important information needed. We were there in late August during a heatwave. Due to no fault of the host, the air conditioning went out just before we had checked in, but the host contacted us early and let us know that he had installed ac units in each bedroom and in the living room before our arrival so it was nice and cool in the house when we got there. Everything was great. Beds were comfortable. Water was nice and hot for showers. Very close location to the Ark Encounter.

This was a quick layover for my family of 5. It was very clean and the communication with the owner was easy and smooth. The beds were extremely comfortable and the highchair they provided was super convenient! So close to the Ark encounter too! I will definitely be staying here again when I’m in the area!
