This new 350m2 two-store villa built on Mavrikiano hillside is located on plot of 6000m2 offering privacy and tranquility surrounded by lush gardens. The upper floor comprises of four gracefully designed bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen whilst the ground floor comprises of two more bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a living room area with a bar, a modern gym room with WC, a cozy home cinema and an outdoor infinity heated pool surrounded by lush garden.
The contemporary aesthetics are layered with gorgeous nature-inspired palette as the concept of this haven on earth has been inspired by the Aegean sea, so even the stairs leading from the upper floor to the ground floor gives you the sense of navigating on a boat ready to departure. with views to the sea. Its interior bar on the lower level lead inevitably to its large infinity pool that extends across the azure Aegean horizon.
Heading to a new era, Elounda Olivia has taken into consideration all these factors that could contribute to minimizing our footprint; heavy isolation (acoustic and thermic), solar panels, bioclimatic pergolas. If you want to stay fit, you will be happy to exercise in a fully furnished fitness room while watching the news or listening to music. A boules game (with amazing view of course!) is also available enjoying open air activities around a glass of rose or a refreshing ouzo.
