About this house rental
Saanaloma is an exclusive and comfortable cabin, from which opens a unique view to the Saana fell over the lake Kilpisjärvi. Terraces on two sides of the cabin, no road or neighbors on the beachside.
430 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, 170 km from Enontekiö municipality center, 50 m to the Kilpisjärvi shoreline, no own beach. Aluminum boat on the beach available to customers; the boat is 3.6 m long and for a maximum of 3 people. The cabin has six life jackets for adults and one for a medium-sized dog. The use of the boat is the customer's own responsibility.
Planed log cabin, inner walls are paneled, built in 2005.
On the ground floor, living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, sauna, washroom, separate WC.
On the upper floor, bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide), bedroom with 2 separate beds (90 cm wide), bedroom has sloping ceilings, living area with sofa bed, balcony and WC. Apple tv, there is also the possibility of watching the Finnish Yle Areena. The ventilation windows have mosquito nets.
2 fire pits on the terraces.
In addition to the attractions of Kilpisjärvi area, it is only 16 km distance to the Norwegian border and 50 km distance to the shore of the fjord. 1.6 km to the Kalotti hiking route. There are many good trails for day trips in the area. Kilpisjärvi nature center and Saanatunturi trail 1.6 km, Malla nature park 8 km, boundary mark of three counties (Finland, Sweden and Norway) 16 km.
Enontekiö ice fishing week and "Only two fish ice fishing competition" in early May. Small game hunting area: 1613 Käsivarsi, fishing area: 1551 Enontekiö wilderness (www.eraluvat.fi).
The cabin is available for rent from the beginning of May to the end of September.
