We absolutely love staying in this house every time we go to Port O’ Conner. It’s perfect for our group. The house is always very clean and you can tell the owners take pride in managing their property. We look forward to staying in the future!

The best kept secret in POC. This was our third stay at Sonrise. We love it. It is set up with indoor and outdoor space to accommodate a group of people with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It is clean and fully equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking. The outdoor covered patio and shop area are equipped with seating space, ping pong table, disco ball, corn hole and a ice machine. The owner has thought of everything when this place was set up for guests. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our time here. We’ve stayed at the house twice now and we were just as impressed as we were the first time. Clean, great location, and a lot to do year-round. We’ll be back!!

Super clean property with lots to do in the man cave garage for adults and teeneagers alike. Being able to park our boat hitched to the vehicle on the property was awesome. We hope ot stay again.

This nicely appointed property was perfect for our group in town for a cast and blast weekend. It has a fun vibe with 5 bedrooms, including a separate cabin, and large living space/kitchen. Lots of covered living space outdoors, too, plus a large metal building with bar, TVs, ping pong, cornhole, XM radio piped through the property, etc. Grill, massive smoker, and cleaning table set-up. Place to park boats. Really a nice property with something for everyone. Communication with the owner was awesome, and he let us have a late check-out so that we could fish on the day of departure - thank you for that, Dan!

Fantastic communication! Very comfortable beds, plenty of space. The home has all large beds with is a rare find in POC. We'd totally stay here againa vant wait till the next tournament.

We had a wonderful time at the Sonrise. The weather was good, the fishing was great and the Sonrise was fantastic. This place is set up for enjoyment: huge BBQ smoker, gas grill, corn-hole boards, ping pong and a party barn with a disco ball. The house has 4 bedrooms and the addition cabing is a 1 room efficiency.. where we put the loudest snore'r. We will be back.

This property is FANTASTIC! We had so much fun! There are so many more amenities than the pictures can show. The way the property is laid out gives you the option of being together, or having private time. So close to fishing, food, the beach and pier. We've stayed at other properties, and we will always come back to this one! AAAAA+++++

Impressive accommodation. We were all able to utilize the rooms in the main house. It is a clean and cozy home with all the needed utilities. I love the beach atmosphere! There is sufficient parking for a boat, trailer and truck at the back and another 8 passenger SUV at the carport. The front patio also makes a good area for gathering. I am so glad to have stayed here. It was very close to Clark's where we met our Captain for deep sea fishing. Looking forward to stay here for another fishing trip. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Quinn!

Another great stay at Sonrise in POC. This place is so comfortable with the best accommodations. It has great outdoor covered space with lots of room to visit with friends. The disco ball in the garage is an added bonus for a dance party!

Very clean,plenty of parking,and way too many amenities to even list. This was one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed at. For a fish camp outing with the boys it was way beyond expectations. I'm sure if we had brought the wives, they would have been pleased to. Thanks Dan Quinn

Sonrise is a great place for an extended group to spread out. The property has a lounge that is great for games, music and fun that is in a separate building from the home. There is plenty of covered outdoor space to hang out too. BBQ and fish cleaning station is a a bonus too.
