Adjoining the kitchen is a spacious living and dining area, seamlessly connected to the outdoor entertaining zone.
Step through sliding doors onto the outdoor area, where you’ll find a handcrafted brick pizza oven, a large family gas BBQ, and a grassy lawn. This western-facing space is ideal for sunset dinners and memorable outdoor gatherings.
Inside, a wide central hallway leads to five spacious bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. The master suite features a split king-size bed, an ensuite with a shower and toilet, and private sliding door access to the deck with stunning views of Johanna Valley. The remaining bedrooms, each with a split king-size bed, share two additional bathrooms with shower, toilet, and vanity.
For the kids or a quiet retreat, enjoy a second living area with couches, bean bags, board games, and another smart TV with Foxtel. This space also includes a desk for any work needs.
A standout feature is the indoor heated communal swimming pool, available year-round and accessible from the courtyard. It’s a favorite spot for guests of all ages.
