We surprised our daughter, who lives in CO, for her birthday!! The property was lovely, kitchen exquisitely appointed with every imaginable amenity possible. The hot tub was clean and was easy to operate. Everything in the house is well/labeled and easy to use. We will definitely come again, location to the town is fabulous!

This is my family’s favorite home so far. Home is much bigger than it looks. Location is perfect to downtown Crested Butte (less than 10 min walk) and the 4 Stop shuttle pick up to the lift (5 min walk). If you don’t feel like walking, there’s a parking lot behind the 4stop.
There’s also a free sledding hill just past the 4 stop that we went to.
The owner also supplied a snowball maker and sleds. Our family and friends had plenty of space to lounge around and get away from each if we needed some alone time. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and plates and cups. There were also mini chip clips, zip lock bags and lunch kits that were provided.
The hot tub was used everyday.
For those of us that did not use ski valet at the base, there was plenty of space to hang our skis.
Almost a perfect stay…We did have an issue of used bedding and Peak Property management sent housekeeping within the hour to change the sheets.
There’s also the neighbors dog who sheds everywhere. Think this dog was allowed inside by previous guests because a couple of us wore black socks inside and picked up the dog hair.
This dog also greeted us when we arrived and took a big poop in the driveway. Then as soon as we entered the home, there’s a note talking about the dog and supplied poop bags. No offense, my idea of vacation without my fur baby is not to pick up after someone else’s (big) fur baby’s mess. Sweet dog just don’t want to be responsible for picking up after it.
This only happened once.

What a great spot! The home was clean and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed. We wish we were here longer, but unfortunately it was just a pit stop in our travels. We enjoyed the space very much and it was comfortable and well appointed. Thank you for a terrific stay!

The house was perfect for our stay in CB! Plenty of room for our group of four adults and three kids. Very clean and well appointed. Super impressed by the home owners' organization. Easy walk to the restaurants on Elk and to the shuttle stop to take us to the base for skiing. Did not need a car. Nice and quiet residential location. Property manager was very helpful and communicative. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We'd love to return!

While close to everything downtown, short drive to mountain as well as bus access. We loved the home as it was super comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. Plenty of room for all. We will return! Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments:
The house has a great location, is up-to-date and comfortable, and has a really good layout for both a family and groups- I highly recommend if you are looking to be in town. Only negative is the temperature control as it can get cold in some rooms at night and very warm upstairs during the day so locking in the in-floor heating across each room can take some time. But they give clear direction on how to best manage.
