Beyond expectations.
Clean, good size room.
Clear, Easy instructions to enter property.

An abbreviated hotel, a hotel by name alone; I stayed four nights in a tired, tight room ( but the bed was very comfortable ) and saw no one - no reception, merely a code sent to allow main door entry, a key left in a numbered bedroom door and that was my entire ‘service’ from this ‘hotel’
The whole condition of the property falls short of ‘well kept’ .. or cared for .. as the atmosphere is one of indifference; I gained the impression the owners held small worry over guests .. for in my entire stay I met and saw no one .. my room remained untouched by any service, towels unchanged, bed unmade; the place is a ( tired) Air B&B.. it was rather sad…

Felt like a New York walk up. Not wheel chair accessible. Room was clean. Bathroom shower needs some renovation work and a drain de-clog. Would stay again if I needed to but seemed quite pricey for what you get.

So this was good:
- The location. Close to the sea and to stores and the center of town.
- The bed. Mattress, pillows, cover, sheets - fresh, comfortable.
There are room for improvements:
- No cleaning or even emptying of trash in the mon-fri stay. I have no need for getting the bed made or vacuuming in that time, but nothing is not good. I looked for notes to put on the door, like please have a look in here, but there were none.
- The balcony door was ajar (not just unlocked, but open) during the first night, didn't notice until the morning due to the wood roller shutter curtain covering the windows. That's note safe. It was thereto forbidden to use the balcony for safety reasons.
- The toilet ring didn't fit the toilet, so it slided when used.
- The toilet door couldn't be closed completely.
- There was a small storage on top of the toilet, the door was in the hall. That door could barely be closed, and during the night it opened up. So I had to try to close it again each night...and again...
- I heard the guest in the room next to mine snore. The walls are thin.

Cheap accommodation comfortable bed, self service and budget.
Awful neighbours arguing and fighting until 5am police had to be called. Although this wasn’t the fault of the property when I raised the concern they said there was earplugs in the room, which indicates to me this is a frequent issue and also refused to refund us.
I lost my patience in the morning speaking to the lady in the phone, it’s all self check in so no personal touch or presence of staff.
All in all it’s no good to have a comfy bed if you are able to get zero hours of sleeps

The property was perfectly placed for our overnight, and evening spent at Arcobaleno. The property was well maintained inside, and the room very clean, and had everything we needed. All positive and would recommend.

Really clean room, comfortable beds and we had a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient isn’t for walking into Brighton town centre or to the beach. Not a hotel for people who like a lot of facilities but with plenty of cafes and shops nearby we didn’t miss them.

The Marina House was so lovely! Quiet and cozy room just off the busiest areas of Brighton. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had! No onsite staff, so it’s all self check-in, but it was an incredibly easy process. We would absolutely stay again!

The cleanest accommodation I have ever booked. The bedding was very high quality and guaranteed a comfy night's sleep. Quiet street in a beautiful location. Loved the local architecture. Thank you for a great stay.

Cute and cosy hotel. Great location to access the beach and a nearby music venue. Short walk to the pier. Wish I could have seen the exterior of the townhouse turned hotel, but it was under construction and covered in scaffolding.

Lovely little hotel at a very very attractive price. Honestly think it should be more expensive but I’m not complaining! I had a lovely room with a patio and Lauren at the reception is simply so wonderful and helpful. 10/10. Will come back here on my next trip to Brighton

The room was a good size and very comfortable.

Check in was good, I received information 24-hours in advance! Room was nice and clean, good facilities. I was able to find parking too.
I am a bit disappointed about the check-in/check-out times. Check in was from 15:30hours and check out 11:00hours. I would have expected a 15:30hours late check in would warrant a 12:00hours check out at the very least!

Lovely staff, beautiful place. Some cut corners in housekeeping let it down.

Lovely clean and comfortable room, small but good value for money. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Good location too. I'd definitely stay again.
Only minor complaint is the WiFi signal didn't seem to be very good in my second floor room.

I really enjoyed my stay. There was everything i needed and the location was wonderful. Coffee facilities in the room & a hairdryer, steamer and fan. The apartments themselves aren’t brand new, so don’t expect that - but they are clean and comfortable and well worth the price. The only downside is being able to hear tv noise in other rooms/shower noise, but this is minimal and not a big enough deal to be complaining. One of the bulbs were out in my room which was a little frustrating in the evening, but the lamp was bright enough. The shower was wonderful pressure & shower gel was included. The hosts are ever so helpful and easy to contact, responses by text were almost instant! Faultless really! I was able to check in hours early which was marvellous too.

This was an excellent stay. Totally Recommend

Clean room, spacious, and I had my own outside sitting area. Very well priced for the area, few minutes walk from the beach, and a short walk to the pier.
Lovely staff, so accommodating when I arrived early, I left my luggage, and was able to go for a wander before checking in
Definitely staying again
