The queen bed has been upgraded with a 10 inch memory foam mattress to ensure a comfortable nights rest, a bunk house for the kids and a dinette that can easily be converted to a fifth small bed for added sleeping space. This family friendly trailer has a large kitchen with a flush mount glass cook-top, huge sink, ample counter space, and a 10.3 cu.ft. double door. We want you to maximize your time and leave the planning to us. You will be provided with fresh sheets/pillow cases for the queen size bed, queen size blanket, two pillows, two towels, two hand towels and wash cloths. The stocked kitchen comes with service for five with pots/pans and cooking utensils, coffee pot, mixing/serving bowls, dish towels, cleaning sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, pot trivets and basic cleaning kit. We have a wide array of add-ons for an additional fee. Western Colorado and Eastern Utah are beautiful places to explore. We are lucky enough to have the Colorado National Monument, several state parks, world class mountain biking, endless hiking, river rafting, clean air and almost endless sunshine! There are hundreds of designated campgrounds with partial or full hookups and some easy to get to boondocking areas. Not far from Fruita there is Arches, Canyonlands, Dinosaur and Black Canyon of the Gunnison, National Parks, and the Grand Mesa National Forrest. We love our pups and are pet friendly with an additional fee of $25 / dog. We allow a maximum of two dogs and expect that they will never be left unattended in the trailer. Please dump black and grey tanks before return. There will be a $200 add-on if you choose not to. Please re-fill propane tank before return. There will be a $100 add-on if you choose not to. STRICTLY NO SMOKING / VAPING !There will be an additional $200 fee for any evidence of smoking / vaping in the camper. Pick up after 12 p.m. on the first day. Drop off between 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. on the last day. Special arrangements may be made as needed unless there are standing reservations either before or after your booking. Renter may be charged a half day rental if returned after 4 p.m.
