Trustful Host. Highly recommended

The apartment has new paint, making it more comfortable. It's clean and tidy. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to Landmark 81 shopping mall. Jason responds quickly whenever I contact him. He's a trustworthy host, especially for first-time visitors to Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended

The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby. The host is very responsive.

There was a small issue with the door lock, but the host fixed it quickly.

Prime location, AC worked well

Our family really enjoyed the house and its location. It felt very safe and convenient. The house could have been a bit cleaner, and we noticed some ants, but they didn't bother us. The air conditioning was great, which was very important to us

返答が早くて親切です。場所も良いですね。1階にGS25のコンビニがあり、周辺には買い物や韓国料理店も近くにあります。デリバリーで食べることも便利ですね。^^ セルフチェックインも簡単で、ホストの対応も良いです。ただし、リビングのテレビはNetflixが使えず、ルーム1のエアコンが動作しないので、苦労しました。リビングのテレビの上のエアコンから水滴が落ちて、テレビが故障しないか心配しました。ホストにフィードバックをし、チェックアウト後に修理するとの連絡を受けましたが、苦労しました。また、ワンルームとツールームをそれぞれ予約しましたが、ツールームに金庫があって、とても良かったです。バルコニーの椅子とテーブルもセンスが良いです。

A cozy and well-maintained home for a one-night stay, equipped with ample towels and toilet rolls. However, the card key and entrance instructions, especially regarding the elevator access, could benefit from additional details to avoid confusion and embarrassment for foreign guests.

Great spot for tourists like myself

The host is very friendly and incredibly helpful, even when we showed up 2 hours ahead of schedule. They assisted with our luggage and happily answered any questions we had!

I'd recommend others to consider booking this place

The units are clean and roomy, offering fantastic views. However, managing only two keys per room for a large group, especially with six adults on different schedules, can be challenging. Thuong was really helpful during our late-night check-in and promptly addressed our requests for gym access.

Finding the location might be a bit tricky initially, but once you're there, it's easy to walk to Vincom Center, the park, and various restaurants.

Perfect Blend of Comfort and Convenience

Generous and well-maintained apartment with a prime location. Everything you need is just a short walk away, with ample sidewalks, lush greenery, parks, and ponds. Plus, the nearby river brings refreshing breezes in the evening. The provided photos accurately depict the apartment.

The washing machine shows signs of age and grime. There's a shortage of kitchen cutlery.

Our stay was short but very comfortable due to the cleanliness and spaciousness.

Good location, very clean, spacious and lots of natural light. The property was enough room for lots of people (7). The cleanliness and large amount of space made this a very nice place to live in.

The washing machine was filthy. It was very dirty and we weren’t able to wash any clothes like we had aimed to. Otherwise, this property is very nice.

Comfortable stay with acceptable cost

This was a great place to stay especially for families. Convenience stores and restaurants all in walking distance. Thuong was a great host, responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.
