Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel de charme et chaleureux.

Prestations bien supérieures à nos attentes! Nous n'y passions qu'une nuit en route vers NYC à partir du Canada. Une fois sur place, nous avons regretté de ne pas pouvoir y rester un peu plus longtemps tellement c'était confortable et paisible. Décoré avec goût. Literie confortable, personnel des plus sympathiques, terrain extérieur magnifique. Localisation très pratique. On y repassera très certainement!

Disappointed at all the loose, un managed, very noisy children. Running up and down the halls.

Breakfast was good. Chef does need to learn that eggs, over hard with yoke broken doesn't mean cook one side, didn't break yokes. Wife asked for cheese in her omelet, none there.

Chef and wait staff need to communicate more clearly.

We visit last year also. We will probably make it a yearly vacation

The Lodge has a restaurant on site. They have mini golf, pickleball, water activities, and a beach. Easy walk to town

There were good moments, but not worth the money.

Mountain town with pretty views and the lodge itself is nice. Seems to be plenty of activities if you are a winter sports person. The lodge seemed to be clean.

We arrived around 4:10 pm and tried to check in, but were told the room wasn’t ready and the desk woman suggested killing time at the tavern where 3 drinks and two apps cost us $97! We were then startled awake at 6 am after terrible sleep to kids stomping and running around above us and through the halls. We literally could hear everything through the walls. Maybe don’t place families with kids on the top floor if you can’t keep them quiet even after contacting the front desk. We rarely get out and we just wanted some peace for one night away from our 4 kids and stressful life for our 15th anniversary. When we checked out the morning, the desk woman didn’t even ask how our stay was.

Nice looking place, had games, pool, but too many people in pool.

No meal service available too many clients? Not enough staff? Ate out in the town pub.….only drinks and desserts were available at the lodge…and the service was slooooooow.

The room smelt of some kind of medicinal smell, not a cleaning product?! We were supposed to have spring water in room…had to text to get…one bottle!

It was decent

So cozy and nice nature surroundings. The woman who checked us in was excellent. Great, friendly personality. The spring water in room was nice.

No complimentary breakfast which we knew going in but still would be nice to have something. The room was small/cramped and in a noisy hallway. May have been due to its historic nature as rooms were smaller I assume. Pool was in repair- had potential to be really nice but didn’t quite meet the mark. I think the cost was a little high for the room we had. I’m sure there are over rooms at the property.

STAFF CAN BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT.

Staff - speechless. .... THE LOCATION IS ok, room IS CLEAN

I arrived at 1:15AM as I book the night before 11pm. I also left a message wen I booked that we will be arrive late b/w 1-2am. However, very disappoint that when I arrived with 3 kids, the front desk told us no booking. We spent about 15 min try to find our booking and still cant find them. AS I show everything from confirmation and etc, I even told them to hold the credit card on file and give us 2 rooms so if booking coming then everything is fine. They said no. so we almost wait for another half hour totally like 50 min to finally to get our rooms. It is in middle of night 2:15am. Then the type of the room double bed with the lake view room is more expensive then standard. when I went to our room , I just cant believe it was not the one we booked. No lake view at all. I just exhausted after all these and do not want to fight for this. .......................... very angry and disappoint.

I would recomend the place only if it had better rooms.

The place is beautiful, really spectacular. And the food at the restaurant was amazing. The staff was great. I love the outdoor beauty, the reception (lobby) was super nice too.

The rooms were a big disappointment. The carpet wasn’t good, the room was clean which is good, but I was expecting the rooms to match the outdoor beauty. The building was ugly with no curb appeal and the dinning room needs a remodel.
