10/10 staff really makes the difference

Excellent food and room, but the true value enhancer was the front desk staff. Caring and ultra competent.

Maybe an additional lamp in the bedroom.

A disappointing stay on a difficult weekend for my family.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful, to a point. One agent allowed me access to coffee in the main floor coffee room during off-hours.

There were no amenities in the room other than a bar sized fridge. The "Eatery" on the main floor offered nothing but coffee and tea and was only open during a short time frame. There were no utensils or napkins and I had to use facial tissues to heat breakfast biscuits because there was no microwave in our room. In addition, having nothing to carry multiple cups of coffee back to the room was difficult, given that the key card had to be used to unlock the elevator. I booked the room as part of a travel package through an online provider. The room was booked at a fixed price in US dollars. However, the price in CDN dollars increased from $113.98 plus tax on the first night (Thursday) to $144.59 plus tax on our third night (Saturday). The staff explained this was due to higher rates for casino guests on the weekend.

The temperature of the heater was quite hot to us and there were no extra cups in the room.

It was a fabulous place tonstay

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Check in was easy.

Next time I would book an accessible room as the depth of the tub was a bit challenging for someone with knee and hip problems

Crazy expensive to bring your pet, hotel was otherwise fairly clean

the building was fairly clean and easy to navigate, exterior parking lot was well lit, pillows were very comfortable and it was less than 10 min to town

Absolutely absurd pet fee, no amenities such as complimentary breakfast or streaming services, poor communication between staff with guest and never brought the pet supplies they promised

Beautiful restful hotel.

The beds were sooooo comfortable! Clean, well-appointed room, and lovely bathroom.

It was a bit far from where we're centering our trip, but as a destination itself, it had lots to do.

Stay was lovely and what I expected it to be.

I enjoyed how clean the hotel was. The bed in the room was comfortable, and the shower in the bathroom had great pressure. I would of liked for the blackout curtain to have reached the whole dimension of the window, as the middle part of the window did not have any blackout curtain that could reach across. Staff was very friendly and the check in process was so smooth.

I would have liked the restaurant to have been open till 11pm as I had checked in on Sunday after a 7 hour drive around 9:30 and the restaurants were closed. I did however enjoy the grab and go station in the casino, but service was slow.
