just location
Host was rude and unpleasant. Air condition did not work in one room and when we asked when she plans to fix it the host got offended. The owner communication towards us was rude and unpolite. The owner definitely should not work in tourism.

The apartment’s location was wonderful and close to all restaurants and attractions. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were also very comfortable.
The Wi-Fi password posted in the room was incorrect and when I called host for Wi-Fi password she insisted it was in room then when she brought me a screenshot of password it confirmed a letter was incorrect then she told me to quit bothering her. Very rude.

Really conveniently situated close to a lovely swimming beach, around the corner from the promenade with all the restaurants.
Small touches could make a big difference; shower gel, coffee maker, better towels. We stayed an extra night and the room we stayed in had towels that were smaller than my dish cloths at home. Owner was abrupt and not very welcoming but we found this seemed to be the general attitude- perhaps the end of the season?

I liked the location to the city centre and first beach.
My short stay :)

The owner of the place is a very nice lady who takes care of the visiting people. The view from the apartment we stayed in was good. Also the terrace was a great place to have breakfast. The situation of the place is perfect! in the citycenter, but peacefull
When we arrived we realized we booked just a room, which realy was small, for our family expecting a apartment we were shocked. This was our mistake, but it is easy to do this mistake when booking in booking.com. But the lady how owned it was very kind in solving this problem.
The apartment we stayed in was nice, but the it is only one room so be aware of the fridge to run in the room you sleep. Parking is a little far (but free), but it is a old house in an old city so this is ok of course!

Loved the location—convenient to the center of town and beaches. Beautiful views of the gorgeous water out of both rooms we rented. Absolutely love the town of Komiza!

- Location and host were perfect.
- Bathroom was out of room in corridor.. that wasnt written on offer page.
- Price was too big comparing with room and out of season timing.

Location is perfect. Right of the corner is the Centre of the village, but at the same time the place is calm and silent. The windows face the sea, which makes the perfect soundtrack for sleeping.
Worth to mention the ambience of the place. It looks like a perfect granny house by the sea to spend vacation. The rooms decorated with natural materials - wood, stone, linen textile. The owner Zarka is intelligent lady, helpful and friendly. At the same time the price remain modest.
Highly recommended
