A True Blue Gem in the Nilgiris

Gem Park Ooty holds so very true to its name!!! The spectacular location of the hotel offers unhindered views of the pristine Nilgiris, be it from the rooms , restaurants, lobby or the main porch. The front office team is warm, true ambassadors of the hotel, and epitomizes the genuine warmth and helpfulness of the city, Ooty. They recommended places to visit in and around Ooty and needless to say, all their suggestions were taken on board, and all the places exceeded our expectations. The check in and check out was seamless. All requests were met proficiently and instantly. Thank you team🙏🙏 The dining experience elevated our stay at the hotel. Big compliments to the chefs for creating epicurean dining experiences for guests. What high level of quality and unmatched taste, and above all, consistency. From local South Indian delicacies to North Indian food, every single meal was a surreal experience for us! Highly recommend this gorgeous property if one wants to enjoy Ooty thoroughly, with family and friends. I am definitely visiting Ooty amd Gem Park again!!

Room was decent

Horrible wifi. Slower than 2G. Hotel is farther than bus stand than mentioned. It's far from ooty main market and I didn't get mobile connectivity in the hotel. Hidden 3k tax was applied to bill. Overall, decent room but nothing special enough to charge 10k per night

Lovely stay & Thanks a lot!!

People are very friendly & very caring! Angel, who is the receptionst there, was very kind to offer me lemongrass ginger warm water on my arrival when I complained about nausea due to travel. That was very thoughtful! Vinod who was the travel desk person made sure that cabs are available everytime. Very near to the center. Everyone out there was kind & sweet !! :) Appreciate them a lot !! Great place to keep staying there!

Fantastic location, the views of the city below are incredible. Very friendly staff. It was very easy to organise tours and a car back to Coimbatore from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is very good. The quantity is more and the quality of the food is very good. The location was excellent. The view from the room was very good

everything was good about the stay I couldn't say anything about what i didn't like There were frequent power cuts. This could be addressed

Gem Park is a Gem!!

The hotel was amazing. The location was beautiful. Room service was good. Staff was cordial and helpful. Special mention for Mr. Shekhar their room service manager, he was extremely cordial and helpful, he was prompt and proactive, used to check each day for 6 nights whether everything was perfect.

If the Hotel can have one Vegetarian only Restaurant, it would be great.

I would never suggest anyone to choose this place for stay

it is easily accessible and that way the location is good

The front desk manager and their behaviour for the issues raised, Internet was not working and we were suggested to stand near to window and use Internet , room was full of mosquitoes

Little away from bus stand and getting conveyance gets delayed A hired vehicle at the campus will help the gusts.
