Nichols, PhD theorizes, it’s evidence of our ‘blue mind’ seeking out the restorative benefits provided by bodies of water.

We loved being on the water, no steep incline and large grass yard with plenty of shade. A family farm across the street with friendly horses, donkeys, and other farm animals was a bonus smile on our afternoon walks (no farm smells either!!). Perfect place to fish, kayak, canoe or swim.
The inside was decorated nicely and had all of the pans, dinnerware and linens needed. Definitely would stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed this trip at the cabin. We would definitely revisit this location!

Place was very clean. We had a few rainy days and the screened porch was very nice to sit outside and still see the view of lake. Was very pleased with everything. If traveling down that way again, would definitely see if this place would be available.

We hosted my spouse’s birthday party here and our friends and family very much enjoyed the property! Plenty of parking and lawn space and water access.

My husband and I love to fish we just don't get enough time to. We had a great week of fishing and 3 fish frys while there.
Loved the screen porch especially since we had dogs.
Will visit again.

My family and I recently stayed at this cozy clean cabin and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was immaculate and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The furnishings were comfortable and the decor was charming. The cabin had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful and scenic area right on the lake. The host was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend this cozy clean cabin for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The cabin was adequate for our needs and at a good price. We had some trouble with the door code after dark because the keypad was not lighted. Also, we felt the pictures were a little misleading, making it look bigger and brighter than actual. We didn't realize it was a double-wide trailer from the pictures, and also there was no dishwasher. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable.

We had a family Christmas gathering at Tugaloo State Park and were unable to reserve a pet friendly cottage in the park, due to all being rented. We decided to search VRBO and came across the Cabin at Waters Edge. It was perfect for our family along with our Goldendoodle Jax. The drive to the park was easily driven and only a short distance. The cabin was exactly as it was pictured and very clean. We would l9ve to return when the lake is back to full pool as we live to fish and have a boat.

I have been staying with Vrbo for years. This is the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. The water was down so we were not able to fish from the dock. However, we enjoyed the porch and rocking chairs alot. All older adults with mobility problems we had a great time. Our rental was clean, decored wonderful and is a very peaceful enviroment. If you need to get away this is it. Thanks for letting us visit your wonderful, comfortable and clean rental.

Had a great time it was just a short weekend love the property everything was as described Will return

It was such a beautiful and relaxing place! My husband and I went with our three teenage children for a family fishing trip. We caught blue gill, catfish and pike. We made s'mores one night using the gas powered fire pit right next to the water. We loved the screened in back porch with the rocking chairs and the view of the lake! And the stars were so bright! We went star gazing from the dock our first night there and was able to see many shooting stars and the Milky Way.⭐ The only thing that was a little disappointing is the pictures show the water is much higher than it actually is(it must have been an old picture). We haven't had a lot of rain in weeks, so the dock is actually on dry land not in the water, but we were still able to go fishing and we made the most of it. My 16 old son doesn't mind getting muddy so he just took off his shoes and went out into the water were it was deeper to cast his line. Over all, we had a great time and made many wonderful memories!

Very nice property! Wish we would have had longer to enjoy what the property offered. We evacuated for a Hurricane to stay here so I was in a rush when I reserved the place and reserved the wrong day. The communication was awesome, they realized it when we showed up and switched the days to the correct ones without hesitation! Glad everything worked out and Thank you again for everything!

We had an excellent experience here!

We wanted to say a special “Happy Birthday” to a family member who enjoys a relaxing weekend. This place was perfect for that. We were able to launch our two canoes from the property, swim just off shore and entertain the kids with a little fishing. The home is simply furnished but comfortable. Everything was there to provide our family meals. We also have two dogs and felt comfortable crating them while we were out on the lake. All in all a great weekend getaway.

We loved the house great location quiet but near everything u would want to do would def go back

Our stay at the lake was awesome!! Nice easy drive to get there and it’s right on the water. We brought our boat and was able to park it at the dock. Didn’t really have any issues, but the contact with the owner was very easy. We will definitely be staying again.

The house was a perfect space for big and little kids! The yard and dock is absolutely perfect!

This place is a small slice of heaven, we will book again but with a smaller crowd. We didn't have 4 bedrooms as stated, but we made it work. The grill is a small Blackstone griddle, so we had to cook in the oven which made the house a little too warm. We loved having a dock for the boat and the covered porch looking at the lake. Very relaxing.
4.8
When we arrived the door was open to the property which was weird to me...and the water at the dock was so shallow the kids couldnt even jump off and swim. Just disappointing for the price range. It was as though the property owner was watching us the entire stay. I understand keeping an eye on your property but i would never not take care of some where i stay so just all an unpleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay, very clean, easy check-in right on the water!

We enjoyed our stay the place was very clean and right at the lake steps away. We came to fish and caught several Bass and stripers. We will be back loved it.
4.8
It was very relaxing, peaceful experience. We also did a little fishing and was able to have fresh lake fish for dinner. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful cabin, very well decorated and located in a wonderful area not far from town. We had an amazing stay and will be returning!

We had a excellent time vacationing at Lake Hartwell. This is so close to the lake and very convenient. Everything at the home was just like the pictures. The host communication was great. Parking more than enough room for 4 trucks 2 cars. We brought our wave runner with us and wasn't concerned about anyone messing with it. This Vrbo had all the amenities for our family we only needed to bring was our gear.
