The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 under counter fridges one with an with ice box, dishwasher, a TV, and a woodburning stove, and a utility with washing machine and fridge with ice box. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size (zip/link), a ground-floor double, and a double with en-suite, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, 4-acres of land for guests to explore, and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 7.2 miles and a pub in 0.3 miles. The Orchard is a lovely base for an escape to Powys. Note: The AGA is out of use. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: There are two steps between the dining area and sitting area.
