The cottage is a tiny home that feels bigger. Plenty of beds for everyone- the kids slept upstairs and we slept downstairs. Every morning we enjoyed tea on the cozy back deck. We went kayaking nearly every day, which was a huge bonus! We loved taking walks to Cook Park, or to Trader Joe’s. Turk and Cynthia were wonderful hosts. We are hoping to come back next summer!

This property is lovely inside and out. The cottage is as comfy as it is cute. We really enjoyed walking down to the dock to sit as well as do some kayaking.

This was such a nice place To stay. My son live just a short distance away, and it was lovely walking by the river. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck and watching the hummingbirds each day. It was a short distance to shopping for groceries and it was lovely to work in the kitchen to make our meals. I have food allergies, so it was nice to have a place where I could make sure I was eating well. We loved sharing the beauty of the season. We were there when the roses were in bloom. It was easy contact with the manager owners. We are definitely planning to come back!

My two daughters and myself stayed a few nights here and we fell in love with this cottage. It’s beautiful and quiet. The owners have definitely made sure you have everything you need. I also need to say that when we flew in from Utah we had to hang out in town for a couple hours before we could check in, Totally no big deal. My girls and I went to an adorable store called “Curiousities”. One of my daughters (22) decided to stay in the car as she was too tired. Well, a man saw my daughter in the back of the car and decided to try to take her and my car. Luckily my daughter got out and ran in the store to find me while the guy was still getting in the drivers seat. We went out and he was still checking out my car. We called the police and they did NOTHING to this guy. They excused him because he wasn’t in his right mind and was on drugs. We went to the cottage and felt very safe while there. The owner is on site and it’s on a private road . I’m telling this story because I want everyone to know you will feel very safe in this cottage. Can’t say you’ll feel safe in town but the cottage is amazing.

What a beautiful home & location. We (myself, my husband, my twp sons & my 3yo grandson) stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting my brother and his family. Could not have found a more perfect place to stay while here. The hosts have put together a very inviting and comfortable guest cottage. So many thoughtful touches. The yards and riverside location exude PNW/Oregon charm. Will definitely stay here again.

We had the best time in this adorable house for our girls weekend. We were able to comfortably cook in the kitchen at night and take naps during the day. The property is stunning and we enjoyed our morning coffee out on the porch listening to the river and giant wind chime. We rebooked the house while staying there for our next girls trip and cannot wait to go back
