This listing can accommodate 12 guests and it just one side of the DUPLEX.
If you have bigger group you can text us, book both sides and have up to 24 guests.

- Spacious living area, dining and fully equipped kitchen.
- The living room couch pulls out to a queen-size sleeper sofa.
- Bedroom 1 = 1 King Bed, SMART TV, private bathroom, entrance to the backyard
- Laundry Room- washer+dryer - you can use during your stay
**2nd FLOOR
-Bedroom 2 = King Bed, SMART TV and private balcony, you can see GULF OF MEXICO from (!!!)
-Bedroom 3 = King Bed, SMART TV, private bathroom
-Bunk Area with 2 bunk beds - twin-over-twin (4 twins), SMART TV
-Shared bath between BR 2 and bunk area
*Outdoor dining area + backyard for kids to play
*On site parking for 3 vehicles.
*A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.
*Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm
*Check-out time is 10:00 am
**THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE 25 OR OLDER, AND PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. (text for more details)

*The base price is for 10 guests, any additional guest should be added (includes children above 2 years old) to the reservation and will be extra charge $25 per guest per night.
