About this house rental
"5 O'Clock Somewhere" is located on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach and has 7 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, 1 half bath which can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. This home includes a private outdoor pool, 2 poolside bar areas, fully-equipped kitchen, and 2 recreation rooms. For convenience, this home also features a luxury elevator that goes to all 4 floors.
As you enter the home on the first floor, straight ahead is a spacious recreation room equipped with a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The first floor also features a small kitchenette, pool table and opens up to the pool deck. The fully furnished pool deck features a beachfront private heated pool and 2 bar areas with bar seating. Outside also features a ping pong table, outdoor putting green and cornhole game. You'll never get bored staying here!
Up on the second floor on the beachside of the home is the main kitchen, dining and living area all with perfect views of the gulf. Additionally the main living area opens up to a spacious walkout balcony; the perfect spot for outdoor dining and watching the waves roll in. Towards the streetside of the home, you'll find the first 2 bedrooms. One room features a king bed and private en-suite with a walk-in shower. Across the hall is the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin over twin bunks and a private en-suite with a shower/tub combo. The second floor also features a half bath.
Going up to the 3rd floor, on the left and to the right are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed and private en-suite with walk-in shower. Heading down the hall towards the beachside of the home, you'll pass a fully-equipped laundry room. Further down the hallway is another living space with stunning ocean views and a full wet bar. Adjacent to the second living area is a beachfront king room with a private en-suite and walk-in shower as well as a furnished walkout balcony.
The 4th floor is home to a spacious loft area with 3 twin over twin bunk beds, games and a walkout balcony on the streetside. Down the hall towards the beachside of the home, there's a full bathroom with shower/tub combo on the left. Continuing straight ahead are the last 2 bedrooms. One room has a king bed with private en-suite, walk-in shower and walkout balcony. The other bedroom is the master suite with a king bed, sitting area, private en-suite, walk in shower, large soaking tub and walkout balcony.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between all 4 floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach! You have direct beach access through a shared boardwalk with our other two houses next door!
5'Oclock Somewhere requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
2024:
Fall Break: October 5-October 12 (Saturday-Saturday)
2025:
Family Break: March 8 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday)
Summer: May 23 - August 1 (Friday - Friday)
Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
