Good hotel, helpful staff (double checked info on trains as didn't seem right to them, for example. Facilities I used were good. My only gripes - mattress a bit soft for my tastes, and there were no drawers for clothes. Lots of hanging space, but not everything gets hung up.

We booked a standard room, which can be a little tight if you have 2 large luggage bags. Overall the bed was really comfy. Went and tried the gym, it was well catered with a range of machines, weights, resistance bands and boxing bags. Sauna was clean, very nice and big.

Very nice business hotel on a good location in centre but just in a calm area. Restaurants close. Convenient parking although the exit is quite far from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are great. Breakfast is v nice too.

There’s certainly room for improvement in customer service, particularly in recognising Radisson Rewards members. The soundproofing in my room, at least, wasn’t the best, as I could clearly hear the television from the room next door. Also, while the rain wasn’t heavy, the design of the exterior windowsill amplified the sound of even light rain, making it seem as if there were a heavy downpour and storm outside, which partially disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was rather basic. There were a few interesting dishes, but overall, nothing special.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. The design was a flashback from the 90's - don't know if it was good or bad... The of black and red was a bit excessive. Not quite comfy colours. There was not a good soundproof between the rooms which was a surprise considering that the hotel is brand new.

Our rbnb in Finland Helsink had an issue and we had to find a total. The Raddison Ref checked all our boxes for location, value, sauna, restaurant, and the brand is well known. Staff was super friendly, we had breakfast there and the buffet was outstanding, one of the few places that had scrambled eggs and bacon! I ate dinner there twice , nice selection and good food. I like the nespresso machine in the room. We got a room with a tub and shower. Tub is recommended! Bed was comfortable and warm, room is super clean, lobby is very comfortable, robes and slippers, sauna and gym. Staff was very attentive. We were a few minute walk from the train station so getting to the airport was very easy. Also a few minutes to metro Very close to shopping, restaurant and clubs. also borders a botanic area and nice nature walk. We had considered lot of places but very happy we chose this one

Nice and fresh hotel, loved the big window in my room and the smart light-solutions. Serviceminded personel. Breakfast was very nice. Gym is okay but a great example of what happens when you put design and insta-moments over functionality (big space but not many things in there). Location is great!

Stayed for 5 nights/ 6 days and requested alternative day cleaning at check in. However, cleaning is done on 4th day morning and checkout day 6th day instead of 3rd day morning and 5th day morning as requested.

I liked the little things. The bathroom has a light sensor that turns on a night light so you don’t have to blind yourself by turning on a light. Big bottles of shampoo, etc, instead of little disposable ones that are bad for the environment. Breakfast was amazing and everyone went above and beyond to help us. Loved it.

We had a great stay with our little baby, staff was super welcoming and friendly throughout. The room was impeccable, everything is brand new and location of the hotel is excellent - central but quiet. Breakfast had lots of variety, also for gluten free

Lovely hotel with fabulous service. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of selections. Except for the scrambled eggs, breakfast was wonderful. The room was sufficient, however a bit dusty in the storage cabinets. Overall, it was a very good experience and the staff was welcoming. They’re the true stars of the show! Being greeted with a smile everyday makes a difference

Good concept from Radisson, but trying a bit hard to copy Moxy hotels. Typical for new hotels, everything is good, only thing I didn't like was 10 euro tax to bring drink from the bar to room.

The hotel was brilliant. Excellent location for getting around by foot, train, tram or bus. Our room overlooked the park, which was lovely and quiet. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable, quiet. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Would 100% recommend and I'd choose here again if I return to Helsinki in the future.

Overall very satisfied from our stay. Modern place and design, ideal location, great staff. One little complain is that although we had specifically asked for a view to the park, we got the view to the adjacent school (not bad, but we would really have preferred the park view). But this little detail cant take away the fact that its a great hotel. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic modern hotel, with a stunning breakfast and an amazing view over the north of the city. We were offered a choice of which floor to have, and were given a park view room on the top floor, which was smaller than floora below but the view made up for the smaller size. Great location with easy walking to many attractions. Really helpful staff and lots of nice touches throughout.

Excellent staff at the front desk, breakfast and in the gym room. Excellent breakfast; very lavish and extensive. It was also very clean. Well equipped Gym. The people of Helsinki were warm, helpful and friendly. Walking distance to all major attractions including Market Square.

A marvellous hotel with peaceful rooms. Breakfast was great and the pancakes supreme! View to the park would have been nice, but the park is under renovation/construction. Good thing is that this didn't cause any discomfort or noise. We will come back!

The staff were accommodating, and breakfast was lovely too. Perfectly situated in the city center, with many local landmarks and shops within walking distance. Would recommend!
