Very clean! All over the hotel it’s constantly being cleaned. Our room was super clean and comfortable! This hotel offers a very nice breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. It offers real eggs and meats, real yogurt and honey, in an open kitchen concept. It offers secured parking that you leave and come back as needed for $30 a night.

Very safe, clean hotel. The area around isn’t the best, but it’s not scary either. Hotel staff was always welcoming and accommodating. Can’t ask for better than free breakfast!

I am satisfied with almost everything except being too close to train tracks that make loud noise , it's a bit hard to get asleep at night . I am very impressed with their free breakfast with fresh and high quality food.

I've stayed here several times, and will return in the future. Rooms are a little on the spartan side, but clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is also fairly basic but the food is good - real eggs, etc. Secure parking is usually available for $30/day. The 4 train is just two blocks away, and the B & D just a few blocks further. I've never felt unsafe in the neighborhood.

Nice location, tha parking was not included. Parking was an extra fee of $30.00. Breakfast was good, would of loved some hot chocolate. Clean and organized.

Stay was just ok. Read lots of reviews on Google about stellar customer service and didn’t experience any of that. Room was spacious, breakfast was decent, that’s the most I can say. Very loud slamming doors, you can hear what’s happening outside as well. Felt run down, not at all like pictures.

My stay was quite pleasant. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. They had everything you could want from pancakes, eggs, bacon, cereal, hot and cold bagels, coffee, cream cheese, and orange juice and fruits. I was very impressed and they had good hours for breakfast as well.

This was my first trip to NYC and was driven by seeing The Nightmare Before Christmas light show at NYBG. We chose the Highbridge Hotel for its convenience to the event and its reasonable cost. We were blown away by the the friendliness of the staff and how nice the room was for the cost. They also offer paid parking and a solid continental breakfast. I would definitely recommend the Highbridge to anyone needing a nice, short stay in the Bronx.

While the room was pretty okay and the chick inn staff was nice, there were a group of people that remained in the hallway and was loud all night, they blocked the room for ice making me have to go downstairs, they had chairs in the hallway and I could hear them over my tv

Nice comfy room for a very good price for New York standards. Free breakfast is good with pancakes and other offerings. Main downsides, be aware of the area especially at night time, and it can be noisy from the street. If the hotel would invest in some decent sound-proof windows it would be amazing

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the metro. it has good value for money. The room is really big, very comfortable bathroom. The only thing I could complain about is (but maybe it's a European perspective) - does there really have to be so much plastic at breakfast (all those little plastic packages). Maybe it could be minimized a little, partially? The breakfast is good, as if you still invested in a little nicer plates, more colorful it would be already completely great (because now it is like in the canteen).

We were there for my daughters 3rd birthday to take her to the zoo and the hotel was one of the nicest hotelsbthat we have stayed at in a while not only because it was very clean but the breakfast was the best we've ever had at any hotel!! The only thing that wasn't so great was not getting our deposit back after they released it back to us, the people at the front desk were very informative and polite about getting us the information we asked for and we did everything we could but unfortunately we didnt get that back but the hotel was still amazing and i would stay there again!!

The hotel was super clean, staff were friendly, helpful,and seemingly happy. Offstreet parking was srcure and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included and was substantial..and prepared onsite...scrambled eggs,bacon,sausage,fresh fruits, coffee,juices, bagels,toast,yogurts, hash browns,etc, all served up by friendly folks.

Small little hotel with very small rooms and absolutely no city view. We booked this room with hesitation because of the pictures however the reviews were good. Pros: Good price for being in the city Close proximity to the Bronx Zoo and Yankee Stadium. Breakfast was included Secure parking onsite for a reasonable fee Water pressure was great Cons: Neighborhood doesn’t look that good Rooms are very small, with small bathroom Floors were slippery, seemed to have a film on them They claim a city view without one Food had a weird taste to it, almost tasted gluten free Only offer queen size bed or smaller and is not comfortable

I chose this hotel specifically for its proximity to Yankee Stadium. The hotel, itself is clean, the breakfast was good. We were told, more than once, not to venture out at night. However, we had no issues walking to and from the game.

I’ve been staying at this this hotel the last few times I’ve been in NYC for work. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast buffet well-rounded for the most part. Sometimes you’re fortunate and are able to get a room with a closet — wasn’t the case this time around. Plus the shower was leaking. But other than that, it’s close to a subway station and about 6-7 stops from my work place. Honestly, I’m not at the hotel long enough to comment more.
