LISTING DESCRIPTION:
Our cozy two-bedroom chalet is nestled in Hayesville and 15 minutes from Blairsville and Hiawassee, GA. Enjoy a winter retreat with beautiful views of the mountains, but close to restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. Outdoor recreational fun on Lake Chatuge and the Hiawassee River are moments away, but close to restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. Conclude your day with fine dining at nearby restaurants or enjoy a meal on the balcony watching the sunset.

THE SPACE:
The 2 bedroom (2 beds), 2 bathroom chalet is easy to access. The staircase to the loft bedroom is carpeted for safety. Balcony & front porch have standard-height wood picket railings with outdoor furniture. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a propane gas stove. The living area has a propane gas log fireplace with a push button on/off auto shut-off wall-mounted remote.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest have complete use of the main floor, loft, main floor balcony, and front porch with a private entrance. 2 vehicle limit. The driveway is large, but turning around can be difficult with more than two vehicles. No boats, trailers, campers, or off-road sports vehicles. No portable firepits, grills/barbeques, or fireworks are permitted on the property. Primrose Lane is a Private community.
The neighborhood properties are private. Entering or walking on or around the neighbor's properties is considered trespassing.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
The homeowner requires disclosure of firearms before booking.
The private entrance basement apartment and the lower porch are the occupancies of the homeowner, who will be available on-site if needed. The homeowner lives in the apartment, and guests are not permitted to use these areas.

We spent our time on the porch taking in the Mountain View. The couch and footstools on the porch were very comfortable. The cabin was clean and inviting. Was a perfect location. Robert was exceptionally responsive to my requests for anything. It was a beautiful place and I would highly recommend it.

The cabin was beautiful and peaceful with easy access to Hayesville, NC, Murphy, NC, and the North Georgia Fairgrounds. Host was very responsive. We’ll be back.

An amazing cozy cabin with everything that we needed. Clean, decorative and beautiful. We loved the porch and view of the mountains. Close to downtown Hayesville and Hiawassee, where we have family in both places. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay and the house is very cute. The king size bed upstairs was softer than we are used to, but it was not a deal breaker. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Awesome property. Well maintained. Easy access to Hayesville and surrounding attractions. Communication with the owner was seamless. I would highly recommend this property to any couple looking for a nice, quiet getaway.

We loved our time at this property! It was perfectly located to downtown Hayesville. I loved the mountain views. It was immaculately clean. It was cozy for my husband and me, and there was a bedroom we didn’t use. We used the fireplace for most of our stay, though heat does rise and I can understand why it’s not wise to use it when warm outside. Staying here was more economical than 3 nights in a hotel… we will be back. Thank you Robert!

The chalet was super clean and was such a fabulous find. The decor was beautiful. The only thing one might be aware of is the king size mattress is super soft with no support. I will definitely reserve again if in the area.

The cabin had great porches, fireplzce and kitchen. The master bed needs to be replaced. Sunk in the middle. Very uncomfortable. Would of like nicer towels and bed linens pillows but overall nice stay.

We had a wonderful experience here! Robert was attentive and responsive. We had just a couple of very minor glitches and Robert responded almost immediately and they were resolved within minutes. The cabin is beautiful and the view off the back deck is amazing. The cabin is a bit close to a fairly heavily trafficked road but honestly, it was barely noticeable. I highly recommend this cabin and we will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Robert's beautiful Mountain View Chalet!!! Robert made the whole process so simple and pleasant, we even go a chance to meet him when we were leaving!! The view was AWESOME, the location was very convenient and easy to find. The chalet was so clean and the furnishings were beautiful!! I spend a lot of time searching for just the "right place to stay" and this did NOT disappoint!!!! We will be back again!!! You will be happy that this was your choice too!!!!

This cabin was gorgeous and everything we were hoping for when we looked for properties in the area for our trip. The owner was very polite and communication was prompt. The cabin was very clean, everything was labeled and had clear instructions. Access to the cabin for check in was also very seamless and easy. We arrived late at night so Robert left a light on in the cabin along with the porch light for us which was nice and helpful. Checkout process was also super easy. Instructions were given on what we needed to do plus Robert sent a message that morning with the same info which was helpful! The cabin was super easy to find and had a great view. We will definitely be back!

Visited Hayesville for a mountain bike race at Rockcrusher Farm. The home was in perfect proximity for the race and to downtown Hayesville for restaurants. The Cabin is wonderfully maintained very comfortable and has a fantastic view. Well equipped - highly recommended!

This cabin was one of the best rentals we've experienced in the past ten years. The property was maintained exceptionally well, both inside and out. The inside was spotless in every room, hallway, and cabinet. The kitchen was stocked well with all the utensils and appliances we needed during our stay. The view from the back porch was refreshing and peaceful. This rental is conveniently located within five minutes of the Chatuge Dam and recreational area and within no more than 15 minutes from the North Georgia Fairgrounds and Hiawassee. Robert is an exceptional host and his communication was the best (clear, concise, proactive, quickly responsive, thorough) we've ever encountered. I look forward to the next time we select this rental for a great time away from home.

Perfect property! Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the large porch in the evening. The property is very close to the lake and downtown Hayesville. We enjoyed our stay (even our teenager!) and Robert was fantastic! Thanks for a great birthday!

The cabin was awesome. It is nicely furnished, extra clean, and very well maintained. As a frequent VRBO guest, I so appreciated that everything was in good working order, the furniture was comfortable, and the view from the balcony porch is beautiful! For those not familiar with the area, a walk along Chatuge Dam is only a few minutes away. Other public lake access points with picnic tables, etc. are also close by. Great place to call home while you enjoy all that the Hayesville/Hiawassee location has to offer...gorgeous mountains, hiking trails, mountain streams, and Lake Chatuge...something for everyone. I had a great experience renting a hybrid SUP from Chatuge Paddle - great service with drop off to a public access point of your choosing. Can't wait to return!

We loved our stay here! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a gorgeous Mountain View. Robert was very helpful our entire stay and was always available. The area had a lot of great hiking trails, scenic views, and activities without the crowds like big tourist areas.
