Located just 800metres from family friendly Dromana beach, this comfortable family home radiates warmth and encourages nothing but beachside relaxation. Suitable for multi-generational families or other large groups, the entire home is yours to gather in and create memories.
This home is the perfect base to explore all the Peninsula has to offer. From award winning wineries and restaurants to hot springs, golf courses and breweries/distilleries. Not forgetting the little ones, set at the base of Arthurs Seat, this welcoming home is only a short 5 min drive to the Arthurs Seat Eagle chairlift and Enchanted Adventure Garden and Maze.
With seperate kitchen/dining and living areas located on both ground and second floors, there is plenty of space for young and old to spread out and enjoy. WiFi throughout, and TV with streaming platforms available through your own subscriptions.
The home is set out with 3 bedrooms (1x King/1x Queen/1x Queen) and family bathroom upstairs, along with a further 2 bedrooms (1x King/2x King Singles- with one roll out trundle) and family bathroom downstairs.
Cooling and heating throughout, you will enjoy extra comfort in the chilly winters or hot summers.
Both upper and lower kitchens are fully stocked with all the essentials, including fridges. Stock it full with some of the Peninsulas best produce and wine, with the local IGA and other specialty stores only three minutes away, prepare a full meal for the family to enjoy inside. Alternatively, grill some dinner on the BBQ and dine alfresco if the weather allows. Dromana has many good take-out and restaurant options – you will be spoilt for choice.
Head outside and your children and pets will be safe and endlessly entertained with a fully fenced and spacious backyard.
Off street parking is available, including secure parking for a boat or jet ski.
