Large family beach house for casual and relaxed vacations, only 8-10 minutes easy walk to the Beach, including Dromana's entertainment and shopping precinct.
Recently facelifted, relax amongst fruit trees in the large back yard and enjoy the area's amenities.

This charming 2 storey home accommodates 10+ guests.
Ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends, set in a very handy location with tranquil rear garden and plenty of room for everyone throughout.
Comprising of 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen / dining room, 2 living areas with reverse cycle heating A/C. The country style kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven looks out to a tranquil rear garden. Great outdoor area with gas BBQ.

The formalities...HOUSE RULES
We take great pride in our humble property and strive to keep it neat, tidy and welcoming. We therefore expect the house to be left in the condition it was at the start of your stay.
Neighbours – We have great long term neighbours and respect their right to peace and quiet. Kindly refrain from offensive and anti-social behaviour.
Parties, functions, large gatherings, loud music, shouting, unreasonable noise and the like are absolutely prohibited regardless of the time of year.
Guests - You are strictly restricted a maximum of 10 people residing at the property.
In circumstances where our cleaner reports and we believe that additional guests stayed in the house than were booked, $50 per person per night will be deducted from the security bond held.
This means guests over and above the number specified by you at the time of booking, regardless of bedding capacity.
For safety reasons, this property does not accept schoolies, penalties/eviction will apply to guests.
If you wish to book between November 24th – December 10th, please call to discuss.
Parking - Off-street parking in driveway. No parking on grassed areas please.
Rubbish - The council bins are located along the side fence. Please remove all rubbish from the house and use the appropriate rubbish & recycle bins. If you are staying on a Tuesday night, please put our bins out on the front natures strip.
Locks – Please keep the house locked and turn off appliances when you are not at the property.
Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Pets - No pets please.
BBQ – Please leave the BBQ clean after use. A cleaning fee of $50 will apply if the BBQ is left in a dirty state and subtracted from your security bond.
On Departure:
Security - ensure all external doors and windows are locked.
Remove all rubbish from inside the house.
Check all rooms & bedrooms to ensure all your personal belongings have been removed.
Please ensure dishwasher is empty and all dishes are washed, the BBQ and kitchen are left in good order. Ensure heating and air conditioning is turned off. Ensure the toaster, kettle, oven and hobs are all turned off.
NOTE: It is our expectation is that you leave the house in the same order as you found it. Whilst we charge a cleaning fee this does not cover the house being left in complete disorder or disarray.
If the house is left in an unsatisfactory state then any additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your security bond.
Whilst we understand some of our rules may appear onerous, they exist for the reasons of maintaining cleanliness, peaceful enjoyment and safety for all.
