Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -

Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.

- ADDITIONAL BEDROOM

The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.

- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

- NO INDOOR SMOKING -

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

- POOL -

The pool is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door.

- LANDSCAPING -

The landscaper goes once a week.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

We really enjoyed the home. Do be prepared to have to buy alot for your stay if you don't plan on eating out every meal of the day. No wash rags, oven didn't work, which we didn't know until we tried to cook a meal in it ans waited for it to heat with no desired heat ever reached even an hr later, 1/4 of the grill worked. Really no pool towels .

To start, when we arrived for the scheduled check in time at 4pm the home was not close to ready. Cleaners were there until 6:15 pm. You could still see hair, trash, and splatter on cabinets Then the pool along with outside lights were not working requiring the repairmen to be there till 9pm asking us to let them in and out of the home. This would have been fine but we could not access the game room because of where the meter box was located until they were finished Upon using the oven so we could cook our Father’s Day dinner, we were informed it could take some time to heat up. We waiting over 2 hours and the oven did not reach above 275 degrees so we gave up and ordered take out. Then the home completely smelled like gas so I had to open the doors to let the smell out 2 chairs outside were broken completely where you could not sit on it and one had the cover ripped apart. So if you have multiple guests I would suggest bringing other accommodations for sitting outside. Carpets desperately need to be cleaned as there is stains all over them so we took several photos upon arrival so they would not assume it was us We were told the pool worked however to my understanding usually there is minor movement in the water plus you can hear usually when the filter works, in this case there was no movement water was completely still and was filled with bugs and debris. Water was not that clean you could barely see the bottom of the pool and hot tub was worse.
