Beautiful modern apartment in a high-rise new building

Great communication from the property leading up to + during the stay. The room was as described, comfortable, and clean. Building is close to transit and walkable to several stores and restaurants. Overall, a good pick for a short or long stay in Kitchener.

Lovely and spacious. We did use the balcony and everything was in working order.

The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in process on the other hand was very disappointing. Because it is a rental property as welll as a hotel the concierge is not at the front desk at all times but also patrolling the property. We waited 30 minutes before they retort the desk. Luckily someone let us into the foyer otherwise we’d be locked outside.

Laundry Room Suites was a great place. Room was very clean and worked well for our family. Drawbacks/improvements would be to improve extra fees and parking. Days before reservation came emails for prepaid parking and an insurance hold of $250 which wasn’t included in the details for the reservation. We did purchase the prepaid parking but the gate wouldn’t open for us every time we entered the parking facility. We had to supply our credit card again and then when followed up with the front desk, they said to call security when we had issue. This was very time consuming every time because the security guard asked us to scan our QR code (which we weren’t provided) and couldn’t hear our licence plate correctly with the connection and caused regular residents become impatient with us at the gate. A retractable blind or frost the glass in the window of the master bath would be nice. (Someone in a nearby home with a telescope/binoculars could have a quite the view in). A few more coffee supplies would also be an added touch. (There wasn’t enough coffee and coffee-mate supplied. Only 2 coffee, 2 decaf coffee and 6 coffee mate single servings supplied).

Very slow check in. Security guard (not a concierge) check us in. Obvious paint damage to doors in unit (I felt it necessary to forward photos to management to avoid being blamed.). Parking process unclear for in and out privileges. I’m not sure if I was charged twice for parking as a result. No receipt given when I returned fobs despite requesting one. In summary: did not feel like a hotel experience.

I stay at this property quite often. This time around the fob that unlocks and locks your door failed to function correctly. It unlocked doors but failed to lock. This meant that when we went out the unit stayed unlocked. When I brought this up to the concierge he worked with me to try to reboot the fob (no luck), to try another fob (no luck). I said, what do we do then when we're out all day. He shrugged and said, 'This happens. You can make a report.' Hardly a satisfactory outcome -- hence my report here.

Liked the room and setup. Comfortable space. Helpful online staff. Had lots of items travellers can use (dish detergent, crystal wineglasses) which many similar places often miss or supply cheaply-- Only miss for me was that I prefer a FR coffee press vs Keurig coffee system. Minor quibble.

This is a Apartment Hotel with no staff. Services such as room service are provided on request and payment only. We had a short stay with family and absolutely loved the building and the fully equipped apartment.

Just very nice except for the coffee maker which wasn’t easy to use.

This place was fantastic. Travelled with a friend who needed a medical procedure. Conveniently located to hospital and had everything we could possibly need. Far more comfortable than staying in a hotel. Amenities although we didn’t use looked amazing.

Great room but the check in process is a royal pain, thus the 4 stars (v 5)

The room was clean and spacious. It has a full kitchen, a washer and a drier. I especially liked that dish soap and detergent was ready. There was a grocery shop and TimHortons in a walking distance so it was convenient. I will visit again next time when I go to Kitchner.

10/10 experience. Staff was friendly. Very quite mind you I was on the 19th floor. Downtown is a 6min walk down the street. Lots of things around the area.

Beautiful property, looks clean ( but there are smudges on the wall and door, I cleaned it with my own disinfectant wipes), comfy bed, water in the shower is very slow ( but it was probably intended that way so water don't get out from the shower), you have everything you need- from cooking utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher. We enjoyed our stay. Robert (from concierge) was friendly and spoke to me with kindness!

Loved being up on the 19th floor and being able to see the city. Everything was clean and tidy. My only complaint was there was no regular coffee, only decaffeinated coffee. But not a big deal.

Stay was excellent and location was convenient. Would stay again.

Booked this place in a pinch. The suite was comfortable and clean. The front desk of the hotel was the concierge of the building which was a bit odd, but check-in was easy once we sorted out text communication.

Recent construction; nice use of space; new kitchen appliances; nice balcony; a few glitches getting automatic parking to work, but eventually worked fine.
