Our experience was significantly marred by poor communication and disorganization. As soon as I checked in, I received WhatsApp messages demanding that we vacate the apartment due to a water filtration issue. Kukun offered us two smaller apartments in a different location, which I declined due to differences in arrangements. They insisted we leave and promised a refund. I managed to find an alternative apartment of the same size, and Kukun agreed to relocate us. We had to vacate the original apartment at 9:00 pm and spend the night in another place, as the new apartment wasn’t available. Communication was very poor, with slow responses via WhatsApp. The next day, we had to check out of the second apartment and wait over an hour in the lobby of the third apartment due to a double booking issue. The third apartment was inadequately cleaned, with hairs in the showers and on the bathroom floors. I reported this, but the cleaning crew arrived only as we were leaving. Additional towels we requested took two days to arrive. Additionally, I left my headphones in the first apartment and sent multiple messages to retrieve them but received no response. Overall, our stay was stressful and poorly handled. We spent 24 hours moving between three apartments, with no apologies or adequate support from Kukun, which made our stay in Mexico City with them a disappointment.
