About this house rental
Thirty Two Marloo is situated on a quiet avenue on a large sheltered block (3,500 sqm) in the heart of the Orchid Beach rain forests. With a large patio & open plan living, it is the perfect place to retire after a long day experiencing all the wonders of Fraser Island.
You can spend your days driving some of the best beaches Australia has to offer. With an endless supply of ideal fishing locations, fresh water creeks and magestical scenery that can take your breath away.
This well appointed house caters for all your holiday needs. Thirty Two Marloo comes with a fully equiped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with cupboards, one open bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, one has two singles. This is a total of 6 beds (sleeps 8). Bed linen and towels are not supplied. We have two single mattresses and foldable beds available if needed for two extra guests. Pillows are supplied for the two single and two double beds.
A BBQ is supplied to cook your favourite holiday food on the veranda, or you can use the 4 burner gas stove or oven. There is a large fridge inside and one outside, with a deep freezer for your use.
A fishing table and water is available at the front of the property for filleting your holiday catch. The block features large grounds, easy access and ample parking for large groups and those with boats. We also provide 24hr power for free.
For those who enjoy the feeling of camping we have a fire ring to sit around on those cooler nights.
This property has two smart tvs, one in the lounge room and one in the master bedroom. Both connected to the wifi network (not available for guests phones), an ice machine, two freezers and two fridges. The fully furnished kitchen has a stand alone stove, all the required cutlery and crockery with a microwave for your use.
What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring your own personal items such as clothing, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, sunscreen, toilet paper, etc. Make sure you bring ALL your food and drinks (that includes the morning coffee), depending on the season, the local shop may not have backups of what you need and you won't want to be left short if you can avoid it. I always tell myself I'd rather be looking at it than looking for it.
Don't forget your bath and beach towels, first aid supplies, medication, dishwashing liquid and cloths, washing powder/liquid, paper towels, tissues and other cleaning products. We'd love to be able to supply these items but unfortunately due to the fact we're based off the island, we are unable to keep track of the inventory of these items and we would hate for anyone to expect these items only for them to have run out without our knowledge.
Any enquires please contact Cliff or Brie regarding the house, the amenities surrounding or any locations to visit. Both have been coming up to the island for many years, with Brie a former local to the area.
