Villa Tuscano is located on our 5 acre Cheval Winery property. The villa is directly above our tasting room which is open to the public Friday 4:00-7:00 Sat - Sun, 2-7pm. Villa overlooks our 5 acre vineyard. Feels like you are in Italy!

The Villa has a private gated entrance and tons of free parking. You can join in the fun at the winery or sit and relax in peace in your own space. You can visit with Francisco, the Vineyard manager, who is on property.

House Rules:
***Violation of these house rules can result in additional fees + fines and/or eviction without refund***
**No Loud Noise or Music Before 8AM or Past 9:30 PM - Quiet Hours Mandatory
**No parties, events allowed. Baby, bridal showers or dinner guests must be pre-approved by host prior to your check in.
**No smoking inside the Villa.
**No Extra/Overnight Guests ($100 per extra guest per night)
**We do allow dogs for check in and in the tasting room on a leash when open. ( NO CATS allowed.)
**No Disturbing Neighbors
**Parking Included:
**Must provide hosts with updates on any broken items during their stay
**For the security of our guests and the safety of our property, we have security cameras located outside on property.
**Wine Maker is on property at all times.

The Villa overlooks the vineyard in this countryside setting while being 5 minutes to shopping, 20 minutes from San Diego Safari Park, Legoland.

During your stay you'll feel as if the vineyard is your own. Note - we do have another guest studio on property.

Waking up to the fog moving over the mountains and the sun rays shining through well enjoying a nice cup of warm Nespresso coffee on the deck of the Villa. Bravo!
