Amazing views great pool area. Very friendly helpful and hard working staff including marco from the restaurant and Andrea from reception. Useful shuttles to port and airport. Room cleaned every day. View from balcony right across the bay with amazing sunsets. Good value for money.

My stay at Royal Blue was incredibly relaxing! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning surroundings. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful location, surrounded by lush greenery and serene landscapes that instantly put me at ease. The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset.

Amazing view from the balcony and the infinity pool. The hotel is very romantic, and we also loved the breakfast and dining experience. They offer a 10% discount to hotel guests for lunch and dinner, so it’s worth mentioning that you’re a guest each time you dine. The gym is brand new and well equipped.
They should offer more gluten-free options.

Good location and handy to have a small mini mart 5 min walk. Pool and restaurant were fantastic with an excellent breakfast selection and shuttle to Porto and airport transfer a bonus. Staff were exceptional! Room had all the facilities needed, we had a standard ‘forest view’ but could still see the bay with stunning sun sets.
We stayed for 9 nights and asked several times for our room floor to be cleaned, it wasn’t. There was also no bed change. Fortunately we are very clean! We were not told that the beach club was closed. Restaurant could do with more options for lunch menu.

Our room was very good, pool was lovely staff tried their best, there is a huge potential for this resort but there is a lot to improve and maintain. The Lad doing the transfers was working 18hrs a day and was very good with the customers.
lack of sun beds, lack of pool towels, reception area was cluttered with suitcases (no luggage room) transfers were arranged and double booked, lack of communication when waiting for transfers. Our room's plants were beginning to die and one curtain was falling off its runner - obviously house keeping could have highlighted this. The Wellness and Gym are are not finished yet - on the hotel website on booking.com!

המלון בנוי סביב בריכת אינפיניטי מקסימה שצופה על הנוף המהמם.
ארוחת בוקר טובה (אפשר לבקש חביתות (לא מפרסמים את זה...).החדר אוכל גם משקיף על הנוף ומוסיף לחוויה.
צוות אדיב ונחמד, תמורה טובה למחיר, נהננו מאד.
בצ'ק אין קיבלנו את החדר באיחור של כשעתיים עקב עומס (קיבלנו שובר פיצוי למשקאות בבר הבריכה).
הנגישות למלון ברכב קצת מאתגרת (כבישים צרים). הבנתי שיש,שאטלים למי שמגיע ללא רכב.

Only the room is good and that's it
We were very unhappy with the service during check-in, there were unfriendly employees at the reception during the day, they settled in later than time, we sat waiting, and unfortunately, we did not receive any compliment from the hotel on our birthday, which is very strange, surprises are made everywhere in the world where we stay! We chose your hotel specifically for this day, we didn't like everything so much that we went to another restaurant for dinner.

Hotelli oli erittäin kaunis, uusi ja henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Kuljetus pienellä hinnalla kaupungille ja lentokentälle oli erinomainen lisä. Huoneemme oli tilava ja allasalue oli kaunis! Aamupala oli todella hyvä ja maisemat uudesta ravintolasta oli kaupungin parhaat!
Huonettamme ei siivottu tai sänkyämme pedattu viiteen päivään ennen kuin menimme aina itse ilta 5-6 aikaan pyytämään sitä. Saimme huoneen josta puuttui saippuat, roskakorit oli tyhjentämättä. Muut asiakkaat olivat tökeröitä allasalueella, toki se ei ole toivottavasti hotellin vika. Tilasimme altaalla pitsan klo 12 saimme sen klo 13:45. Hotellin henkilökuntaa ei oltu perehdytetty kunnolla, esim respassa oli usein 3-4 henkilöä ja he eivät tienneet kaupunkinsa nähtävyyksiä. Allashenkilökunta oli iloista, mutta aika pihalla hotellin asioista. Vieressämme ollut nainen tilasi kolmesti jäälatten, eikä koskaan saanut sitä.

Excellent staff! One of the best ever experienced.
Facilities are new, our room was cleaned every day and it was done very well. The breakfast-buffet was also high level. The swimming pool (working time changes sometimes, mostly from 8-9 am till 9 pm) has a wonderful view on the bay of Tivat and surrounding mountains. Also there is a bar providing drinks at the swimming pool.
There is a small shop nearby (3-5 min of slow walking) with everything essential.
Unfortunately, the bad weather destroyed the beach of the hotel, so cannot comment on this.
Location of the hotel can be reached by taxi or car. Walking is possible, however, it's 2.5 km on the narrow mountain road, without the pedestrian path and with a lot of unexpected turns. Locals are experienced in driving those roads, however, it might be extremely stressful for a not so confident driver. So, if you want to explore surroundings, you need either a car or to be ready to pay for taxi to the bus station or to any location. Taxi drive to the Waikiki beach is around 15-17 €.
So, if you want to chill in the hotel, swim in the swimming pool, and occasionally go out or if you are not afraid of driving mountain roads - this is a great place to stay.

das Hotel ist neu und liegt oberhab von Tivat. Super Ausblick auf untenliegende Sradt und das Meer. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool mit einer Bar. Das Rooftop Restaurant mit wunderbarer rundum Terasse.Unser Zimmer war eher klein, aber mit einer kleiner Küche ausgestattet und mit Balkon und aussicht auf Innenhof mit Pool und Meer im Hintergrund
Es gibt nichrs was wir wirklich beanstanden könnten. Man könnte aber das viel zu kleine Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer erwähnen.
Im allgemeinen hat man auch bemerkt dass ,das Hotel vor noch nicht so langer langer Zeit eröffnet hat und noch nicht ganz so eingespielt und routiniert iist..aber das komnt noch mit der Zeit.

Hotel was clean and brand new
No facilities open. They had a restaurant that wasn’t open to public but open to investors. The beach club wasn’t open due to weather it was 31 degrees and sunny. No lunch facilities and if you order lunch from outside you have to eat it in your room. Very poor.

Kahvaltı otel sahibinin türk olduğunu düşünürsek fazla yetersiz . Resepsiyonda ki sarı saçlı yabancı hanımefendi herşeye yok demeye şartlanmış ve türklere karşı kesinlikle önyargılı . Rezervasyonu yaparken otelde beach ve restaurant olduğu bilgisi var ama gittiğimizde henüz faaliyete geçmediği bilgisini aldık buda ekstradan orada minimum 500 euro harcamak anlamına geliyor . Beach ve restoranı olmayan bir işletme için çok fazla ücret ödenmiş oldu .

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal blue resort in Montenegro and were thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which was clean and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The staff truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations and ensuring all our needs were met promptly.
Overall, our stay at Royal blue resort was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montenegro. We look forward to returning in the future!
One minor disappointment was that the restaurant and beach were not ready for use during our stay. However, this did not significantly detract from our overall experience, as there were plenty of other amenities and local attractions to enjoy.

What a nice surprise, I booked the hotel knowing it was brand new and I was not disappointed. The attention to details, the staff, the location were perfect. I loved the views. The sunset in front of the pool was amazing, this is a special place and I will definitely be back in the summer.

عند اخيار الفندق كان هناك صور للمطعم الموجود في الفندق و كذلك الصالة الرياضية للاسف لا يوجد مطعم و لا يوجد صالة رياضية و عند السؤال افادوا بأنها تحت الانشاء و في حالة طلبك للطعام هناك تطبيق لتوصيل الطعام كما لا يوجد هاتف في الغرفة و كذلك لايتم تنظيف الغرفة يوميا بل كل يومين و الثالث ينظف و عند الرغبة بالتنظيف اليومي يجب ان تدفع مقابل ذلك كما لا يتم و ضع ماء و لا اكياس الشاي و القهوة مثل الفنادق الأخرى خدمات الغرفة سيء جدا

The property was very fresh and everything you can see looks new and well kept. Good view - overlooking the Adriatic Sea , since it’s on height you get a lovely sun set view with sea, islands , boats on foreground. Staff - few of them were really nice and very helpful.
Since the property is a bit far from anything… the connectivity is really bad, specially to return back to the hotel. You land up going out because the hotel does not have its own resturant till now, so you have to go out for dinner / lunch. Also the shuttle service is only for the beach and 4 times in a day. The beach is also not in city, it’s next to airport hence you have to take a taxi to the city centre. Which becomes really uncomfortable and a lot of hassle. We are vegetarian and it’s a struggle to have something proper in breakfast. The mix potato fries with sausage/ chicken fried nuggets. Apart from them in veg it was only bread and croissants and fruits n cereal.. but surely loads more for non veg ppl. Atleast potatoes which they are making can be put in separate utensils. It would be really tough for someone who is vegan .

we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! we can really recommend, everything was clean, the staff was nice, the accommodation is very pretty and breakfast was very good! The rooms even have a kitchen and washing machine, which stood out to us
for us personally, the pool area was much better than the Beach Club, since the water there was very low and there were many stones, but since both options are available, you can choose whatever you like best!

The most thing I like there is a bidet on the toilet.
One more thing the location is amazing it is between Tivat and kotor 10 mins away if there is no traffic jam. Comparing to the other hotels advantages, location and price, it is the best choice and highly recommended. The stuff there are friendly and very supportive. Thanks for the Ana and others stuff on the reception I don’t recall there name.

If you are looking for fresh air and calmness, it is the right choice. The infinity pool is very good. Buffet breakfast is good. The staff is caring and friendly. The hotel is new, modern and clean. Wifi works flawlessly.

The hotel has a stunning view. Also, everything in our room was very clean and convenient. All our requests were fulfilled immediately, the hotel staff made us feel at home, I would like to thank all of them for this.

Property is brand new and very modern. One of the nicest pool and view I have ever seen. Sleep was very comfortable and room was superb clean. I liked the quality of the breakfast. Staff were very nice in general. I also love the sculptures by the pool.

- when you arrive the first thing you see is a portion of the hotel under construction
- we were upgraded which we thought was very nice but when we arrived in the room it was not clean (stains on the sheet, bathroom with hairs and stains on the floor). The hotel changed us the room which was still not clean so they had us waiting by the pool for an hour with free drinks. However it was disappointing. You expect when coming to a five stars hotel to have at least a clean room.
- the room was very small and it is more a studio than an hotel room (there is no safe, no phone to reach the reception). I am not certain the SPA is yet available.
- it is supposed to be a new hotel but the walls in the hall to the rooms are already damaged
- the duvet has feather so I asked for cotton as I am allergic to it - we were told that they will try to change it but at the end nothing was done (you can imagine night wasn’t great !)
- except breakfast there is nothing to eat in the hotel.. the pool bar doesn’t serve food. Also we saw this morning that some guests were offered sunny eggs while nothing of the sort was proposed to us.
- the staff though nice is not five stars qualified staff

It has an amazing view, it is clear to know that the build is new (14 August 2023) and the don’t have all the facilities done yet. But the rest super enjoyable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The manager solve everything and is always there!

The staff are amazing, Bahar and her team offer excellent customer service and go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable one, there was an error with the room allocated to us on arrival but the team made a suitable alternative available the next day, perfect! The team were approachable, polite, friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed and advice on places to visit etc. Accommodation is brand new, apartments are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is included and sufficient, a self service buffet that includes fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, toast, breads, cheese, salad, scrambled eggs, sausages, donuts, cookies and juices, coffee and tea (there is something for everyone). The apartments are set in the hillside a few kilometres from the bay which makes it a peaceful place that offers breath taking views of the bay (absolutely stunning), this does mean that a car is advisable as there is nothing in easy walking distance. The pool area was excellent, very clean, comfy sunbeds and a pool bar if you need a drink. Our three bedroom, two bathroom apartment was clean and had what we needed for a one week stay. A shuttle is available to take you to the hotels beach club (approx 3km), sunbeds and parasols are free to hotel guests and you also get discounted refreshments, a nice place to chill but you do get a few planes going overhead as it is close to the airport.
The apartments are a little compact, the lounge area in particular struggles to seat maximum occupancy comfortably, bathrooms are small but adequate.. There are still a few finishing touches to be done and not all facilities are available yet, however there was no construction work whilst we were there and we did not find it dusty like other reviewers.
