A public boat ramp is just a block East of the house and on the South tip of the Sunset Beach peninsula theres a boardwalk with lovely water vistas as you stroll from the beach & Gulf to the Intracoastal waterway. Sunset Beach is a quiet residential "peninsula beach" that is both off the main pass-through roadways yet very well located with a variety of local restaurants and lifestyle amenities that are walkable. A 20 minute drive whisks you to downtown St Petersburg’s vibrant art/culture/dining/music/events/Tropicana Field. Tampa International Airport is just 35 minutes away.
This home is NON SMOKING INSIDE AND OUT. Please do not exceed the max of 11 guests - WE WILL KNOW. This home was well thought out and preserved/updated to the standards that it is now and we ask that all guests be respectful of the home as if it were their own.
