Nature-lovers will be in heaven at this charming home, set into a managed meadow and offering access to the VAST trail network right out the back door. Wildlife abounds near the home, and clear skies bring a jaw-dropping view of the Milky Way. Spend summer days hiking, mountain biking, exploring state forests, or just wandering through the boutiques, coffeeshops, and restaurants in Stowe, around two miles away. Wintertime visitors will love the mountain views, not to mention easy access to Stowe Mountain Resort, just under 10 miles away.

At home, spend time listening to the birds and watching for wildlife on the private back patio or covered front porch, then step inside to enjoy an open, airy layout. Gleaming hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, skylights, picture windows, and a flowing floor plan all combine to create a comfortable, spacious spot to gather. The chef will love the modern, open kitchen, outfitted with all the appliances and counter space they'll need to whip up mealtime masterpieces. Grab a bite at the kitchen island or sit down for meals together in the adjacent dining room.

After a day on the trails or mountain, unwind on the velvet sectional while you stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to post the day's pics to social media. A formal living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and an enormous library of books makes for a cozy spot to catch up on your reading. End the night around the firepit outside, roasting marshmallows and admiring the night sky. Four serene bedrooms upstairs promise a restful night's sleep - another dreamy day in the meadow awaits tomorrow.

Although the house does not have air conditioning, and can feel warm upon arrival, guests should open windows and turn on the whole house ventilation system, for perfect temperature during summer days in Vermont.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
