Overall apartment meets needs for stay. Bring some small fans to move air in apartment. Bring your own pillow.

There needs to be AC in the bedrooms because it's too noisy to sleep. Everything else was nice but the noise made it intolerable to recommend staying there.

Cute place right in the heart of the best tourist activities so you can easily drop off anything you purchase and don't have to carry it around town. Nice layout with an island table and a nice big dining table and couches in front of the TV in the adjoining area. You have your own parking spot right below the place and if you have a small car you can even get it in the garage! Note the entrance is on the back side by the Best Western parking lot.

The apartment was as described. It was bright, spacious and centrally located.

This location is so conveniently located - even though it's on the main street, it was quite and so relaxing! Everything was comfortable, thank you!

The building was quaint and we loved it, just a few quirks but I did put them in my review. We enjoyed our stay and we had plenty of room. The balcony was not too safe, would have loved to be able to use. Whomever was before us left really dirty pan in the oven so clean staff did not find but we did. Also could have used a garbage can in the bathroom with the shower.
We did enjoy the place and would stay there again.

Minutes from the main beach and walkable tourist attractions, this place is perfect for family and dogs. We highly recommend the Thai restaurant below it as well. Also, due to its great location, it
Was a loud night with cars driving by late and the bedrooms on the street side of the property. Would have loved some dog bowls for food and water too. All in all, a great spot to come home to

We booked a 3 night stay here and really enjoyed the place. The space was very roomy, comfy beds and sofas and overall was very relaxing for us. Lots of windows and wonderful fresh beach air in the large living room. Loved that a washer and dryer was provided so we could do laundry before returning home. Only negative I have is that there is a lot of road noise in the bedrooms if windows are open. This unit is right above a restaurant on the Main Street. We came over the 4th of July weekend and it was HOT! Wish there had been fans to help keep us cool. We had to balance heat and noise with having the bedroom windows open. Having fans would have helped this.

We felt right at home and had all the amenities we needed. It was great to be in town and only a few blocks from the beach, yet we still had privacy.

Stayed in Long Beach to have early Thanksgiving with our oldest and her fiance. Plenty of space for us to have our get together. Nice set up. Recommend this rental to everyone.

What a super fun little gem of a spot to stay centrally in the heart of Longbeach, WA. We found the property to be perfect for our family of 4, and really conveniently located.
One thing to note is there is rooftop access in the breezeway of the property. So if you have a particularly escape-oriented kiddo you will want to make sure you get the deadbolt key ahead of time from the property manager. We weren't able to contact anyone during our stay, but there is a deadbolt for the interior living space that we kept locked while we were in the apartment which felt really secure.
It is a bit loud, as you are situated right in the heart of things, so you can hear voices and cars driving by. For us, that was fun and part of the allure, and the kids slept fine with a fan going (that we brought along with us).
If you bring your furry friend along, there is ample green space right behind the best western, and lots of sidewalks leading to the boardwalk, so very easy to walk them. It's about a 10 minute, level walk to the boardwalk/ beach.
We would definitely stay again, and were very happy with the overall cleanliness and comfort of the property.
Suggestions:
Bring a fan or noise machine for sleeping
Bring your own tupperware if you plan to pack picnics for the beach

We felt cozy and safe. We loved relaxing in the lovely rooms and it was wonderful to be within walking distance of shopping and the beach.

Very nice and quite comfortable. Would stay again and recommend to others. Suggest adding a roll of paper towels, box of tissues,(we purchased some while there) and a couple extra wash cloths and hand towels. Conveniently located to everything and upgrades have been done. Beds were excellent and everything was clean.

We had a sisters weekend. We enjoyed the place very much. We actually left the house at 8:30, but I forgot to check out. We took out the garbage bags, even the one that was in the garage when we got there. Thank you

The location was excellent!! Right "downtown", you could walk to everything. And the place was a great size. The games were perfect and fun. I would definitely stay here again!
Very unique entrance (goes up and around the thai restaurant). And tip for next time is to write the 10 digit entry code down somewhere asap and keep it on you. My phone died and had to go buy a charger and wait for it to charge so we could get back in our room!

The home is advertised on VRBO but once booked, I had to download an app called Vacasa to manage our reservation. The directions stated that when we arrived, we should park directly in front of the garage. When we arrived at the address provided in the Vacasa App, we could not locate the home. The address provided was for a realty company and Thai restaurant. We parked along Pacific Ave and walked up and down the street a few times, convinced we had the incorrect address.
I used the text customer service feature (the only way to contact anyone) and asked for help finding our address. I spent about 10 minutes of texting back and forth with no clear answer, because the Vacasa service didn’t really know either. Finally, my husband came back to the car and said he found it around the corner, behind the restaurant, and accessed through the Best Western parking lot! The directions and check-in instructions made no mention of this so hopefully they will update their description for others. Quite a frustrating start.
Strange place. You enter a door by a garage which also has access to a storage are of the Thai restaurant. Thankfully, we thought to lock this door or anyone could have accessed the garage and the home. Then up the stairs you go and through a inside hallway of sorts to the door to the unit.
The house was not vacuumed and clearly the people before us had a dog because there was black dog hair all over the floors. The butcher block island in the kitchen had quite a b

I felt like the home wasn't as updated/complete as advertised. There were several places that were lacking door frames, and where you could see open corners where new siding had been installed, but not completed. Additionally, we had to enter through the garage and climb two flights of stairs that were dirty, had a strange, damp smell, and the large tub of paint thinner at the top was an eye sore. Nothing that really impacted the stay per se, but definitely felt strange and again, not as advertised.
The location, however, was great - we were able to park the car the whole weekend and walk to shops, restaurants, the beach, etc.

The location was in the middle of town making it easy to walk many places. I liked being tucked away behind/above the restaurant. The place was simply decorated with minimal amenities. It had what I needed, and I was comfortable staying there. I would stay there again especially because it is dog friendly. For dog owners, the closest grassy pet relief area is about a block away which was a bit of a hastle on windy rainy days, but we do those things for our loved pets. The other thing of note is the house/windows/roof rattle and creak quite a bit during wind and rain. Not a big deal, but it was quite loud and disturbed sleep a bit. These are all minor, but may be good to know for some guests. I very much enjoyed my time in LB.

Great stay in a spacious, comfortable place. Our family enjoyed the board games and it was handy to be able to do a load of laundry. There was a well equipped kitchen but it would have been nice if coffee was provided as we arrived late Christmas Eve and had to duck out straight away and track down some coffee. All in all a great stay.

The location was great and while it is on a busy street, with the windows closed, it is very quiet. However, with no air conditioning, we had to balance noise with heat. For our stay in October, we made do, even though it was unseasonably warm, but this place would be an oven in the summer. Providing fans (or suggesting people bring their own) would be nice. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, including a Keurig coffee maker. The place does still appear to be a "work in progress" but it's just visual, for the most part. The 10 am check out was excessively early (we were offered a late check out, for more money, of course). Overall, it was a good value and 3 of us were very comfortable there.

We were in town for 4 days working on a new construction house on the beach. As a plumbing contractor I was not looking for something spectacular or spendy, just convenient and a place to lay our heads at night. The place was great!
Right in the heart of town and close to all the restaurants we wanted to eat at. 5 minutes to the jobsite. We had everything we needed. Kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Comfy place for 3 contractors. AND it was the least expensive place I found on short notice! I highly recommend!

Overall the place isn’t terrible. The location is great and the unit is very spacious. You can tell it is a work in progress however, I am not certain it is ready for being rented out.
The garage was full of trash from the work they have been doing. The trash can outside was overflowing and had trash bags piled up behind it. Screens were missing from windows and windows in the living area were not able to be opened. This would normally be fine on the coast however going in to summer and temps in the high 60’s resulted in a very hot unit with no way to get the coastal breeze in. We opened the patio door and door into the living room on the second night to let some cooler air in and ended up with a friendly little bat flying around inside the unit. He eventually made his way back out but boy was that a fun time trying to get it out.
I will say the unit is very well stocked with everything you need during your time there. Plenty of towels and the a kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals.
Would be nice if there was a bbq and some patio furniture, hopefully this is added soon. Not being able to sit out on the patio or bbq is a big negative for me.
I most likely would not rent this unit again unless I see that some of these things are fixed.
