Cleanliness. Convenient to town centre but you have to cross busy roads.
Poorly equipped-meagre provision,no teapot ,no coffee pot ,one teaspoon ,one loo roll on arrival ,no washing machine. Gave impression of make do rather than professionally managed. Rickety entrance gate with crudely hand painted number 19. Poor security -being next to entrance we got door knocks from taxis ,takeway deliveries not for us ! Needs proper security /intercom system badly. Noisy environment from busy road and tradespeople working in vicinity. Not cheap ,limited provision in Chesterfield and poor value for money as a result.

Fantastic location and great flat. I've stayed before and keep coming back because of how good the flat is and how good Jenny is as a host.
Always feel welcome and looked after
There's a bit of traffic noise in the living room, but it's not much

Nothing
I didn’t like anything about it, the location was really bad, the both apartments where dirty, dark and very depressing
I booked both apartments and the 2 bedroom apartment they actually had one of the bedroom doors locked as they thought it was only one person staying, regardless of how many where staying never in my life have I ever witnessed a bedroom door being locked
PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!
Anyone wanting to book these stay clear, the pictures make it look pleasant but this is far from the case, the upstairs apartment has not even got carpet on the stairs and it has cheap tongue and groove wood up the walls and ceiling, this went out in the late 1990s, they have cheap and nasty wooden partitions that you are meant to pull across for privacy
The place was that bad I immediately left the property as would not pay to stay in a place like this, I would go as far to say it would remind me of a squatters flat

Tastefully furnished with everything we needed. We were comfortable and happy with the place. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, which is always reassuring when you have some unusual dietary requirements. Everything was clean.
We just have a couple of suggestions:
Sleeping so close to the front door/street at night made us a little bit nervous about security. We'd suggest putting an extra bolt on the door to improve security.
It would also be nice to have blinds on the bedroom door to give more of a sense of distance, but also to allow one guest to sit up in the living room with the lights on while the other sleeps.
Finally, we weren't sure which plates were microwave-safe so we just guessed. The rest of the kitchen was great though!

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Good facilities. Well thought out design with character. Convenient parking.

The apartment was well presented, modern and very spacious. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay and so close to the town centre.
We prefer a softer mattress, but that is us being hypercritical. You can never get it right for everyone in that respect. Everything else was excellent.

Clean and tidy, good shower. Quiet rooms.
Beds and bathroom a little small but wasn’t a real issue

The apartment was lovely and very clean/welcoming
The fact that the owner had sent a lady and man (maybe to intimidate) round to try and sell us another apartment. We had booked for 4 people but there was 6 of us in the apartment getting ready for a charity walk. Two were going home at the end of the night.
They were obviously watching on CCTV which made us feel uncomfortable - we weren't being rowdy just getting ready.

Brilliant
Nothing bad to say
