Very nice property, but the checkin process needs to take more time to let you know what's available

Property was very well maintained and clean and comfortable! The pools were easy to find and clean.

The property is large and sprawling and I wished the office had told me more about the facilities, trails, beach etc. so I could have made the most of my time.

Basically a gated community for wealthy, typically loud and unaware, Americans.

Listing is misleading - here is no beach to speak of; the condos are a long way away from everything and not really part of the ocean front development as indicated; the food, drinks and meals are very expensive.

The cleanliness of the place and the convenience of getting around.

Prices of food were overcharged. You supposedly get 15% for being client but they charge you IVA and service when it was already included in price in menu. So those were charged twice. Got cheaper ptices at Marriott without discount.

Property is beautiful, restaurants are great, we love the location.

Views, quality of units.

Very dirty air-filters in both the two-bedroom condo and the penthouse. Additionally, units should not be rented when construction is underway in close proximity to the unit.

Didn’t want to leave

The apartment was a Veranda apartment. It was lovely. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The grounds were well-manicured. Most surrounding apartments were empty after the first night so there was quiet and privacy. There are lots of pools (maybe one for every 10 apartments). There is a 24 hour gym.

The beach at Herradura is not that nice. There is a beach club with a big swimming pool though. There was red tide while we were there (for at least a month before too, we found out) and we were advised not to go into the sea.

Good

The condo complex was not crowded and had many open walking areas. While we had access to multiple pools, we liked using the less busy smaller pool in our complex which felt like our private pool and spa.

Unfortunately, the power went out for 12 hours over 2 days. This made it impossible to cook, and some of the food in our refrigerator and freezer spoiled.

Los suenos

The property was wonderful more then expected. This was my first time staying here and I am more then happy we did. I would definitely come back with my family. The views and just everything was great. This was such a DREAM!

Great family vacation!

All the staff was really friendly, the place was impeccable and followed all covid-19 safety guidelines. I would highly recommend for stays with family as the place was quiet and beautiful. Everything was within walking distance and the beach club was really nice. My kids did enjoy going to the ice cream shop. The desserts, coffees, and meals were superb at all the locations in the Marina.
