About this house rental

Beatifully updated pool home complete with two master suites that both have access to the pool. A fun double bunk room for the kiddos. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with a remote. Plenty of room for families and large groups. Huge backyard, quiet neighborhood and private pool, two fire pits, corn hole boards and bags. The indoor shuffleboard table provides endless entertainment. The closet is full of puzzles and board games. Giant full size kitchen, completely stocked with everything you need. Dining room with seating for six and seating for four more at the kitchen island.Two car garage and plenty of driveway space to park multiple vehicles. We are pet friendly and have a fully fenced in back yard. There is a temperature controlled grill on the pool deck for the grillmaster in your group.There are Roku TVs in every room except for the bunk room. We are 6 miles from world renowned beaches, close to rowing facilities, big cat habitat, and museums. Many local breweries nearby. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach bag, and a soft cooler so you’re all set to to enjoy our beautiful beaches. There is a Target, a Publix, a Winn Dixie, and many restaurants 5 minutes away.

Nanette’s home is as pictured. She had everything you could need and more. There’s so much space to move about comfortably. There was a storm during our stay and the house felt safe and quiet! Our kids are fish and loved the pool!

It was a very friendly quiet neighborhood, close to where I live so that was nice. Everything was just what we wanted. Pool was heated and clean. Great location for seeing the spots right off a main road going into downtown. We had a blast!

Fantastic stay. Owner allowed us to entertain 20 of our friends and family for our wedding rehearsal party. The house was exceptional and did not disappoint! Thank you!

We loved the property. The size of the kitchen/dining room is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen for 2 of us who love to cook. The pool and outside area were great to lounge in during the heat. We will stay again for certain.

We came down as family and friends to celebrate my Mom’s life. A Whale of a Good Time was the perfect place for our family and friends to gather and honor her memory. The beauty and peace of the property was a balm to our sorrow. We had a wonderful time together reminiscing, playing games, and swimming in the pool. Would definitely visit again!

It was a good stay, rooms are great, pool was a little cold, kitchen was great-only thing missing was a large stock pot. The bonfire outside was nice.

We were in town for kids sport event. Us and another family stayed. It was clean and perfect size. Plenty to entertain with pool heated, shuffleboard, corn hole, etc. Would definitely stay again!

The property was perfect for our family Christmas. We travel to FL each year to spend the holiday with my brother and my parents and cousins who all live around FL. We like to pick a place that has great amenities to keep young kids and teens entertained. This place was perfect. The host was easy to contact and responded asap. The kitchen was amazing for our family to cook a large meal and eat together as well as play games. The yard was so much more than expected. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. The location was so close to amazing teaches. I would 100% recommend this home and I definitely plan to rebook here.

Beautiful home in a great location, was very clean and had everything we needed. Only a few miles from downtown Sarasota that we were able to easily take an Uber to and from. The heated pool was amazing and it was the perfect little getaway spot. The only thing is we were unable to get any of the outdoor string lights to work, but that was a minor detail in an otherwise great stay.

We loved the house! Very clean and comfy. My only complaint is it’s a little dark inside, and not enough light to get the house bright inside. But other than that, beds were nice. Lots of room and kids loved the pool.

When we arrived the home was beautiful. Very spacious and welcoming. Kitchen area was perfect for a small gathering. Plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy including the pool. Have to see it for yourself the pictures do not show the beauty of this house. I would definitely re book and recommend. Nice quiet neighborhood.

We live on the Keys and needed a higher ground place for our family and neighbor to ride out the hurricane. This is lovely home provided the refectory place for the five of us to comfortably rest. It was well equipped, with plenty of room for us to be together and to have quiet time. The hosts were very helpful as we moved our things back and forth. Made the whole situation easy! The pool and screened patio was a wonderful place to relax and the neighborhood was friendly and accessible. Definitely a place we will we return!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home is even bigger and better in person. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the large kitchen for cooking and entertaining the whole family. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed playing darts and corn hole. The beautiful beach was only 20 minutes away. My family loved it, 10/10 recommend and would come back again. Nannette was so sweet and accommodating, my grandmother forgot some things there and she was kind enough to mail it to me.

The house and location were perfect for our family getaway, felt so welcoming. We have children, the youngest 4 years to 10 years and they settled in right away to their bedroom with the bunkbeds and later discovered the closet with games. Honestly, we all lived the house and amenities. The pool was so inviting, especially when the Florida sun decided to peek its' head out. The kitchen was amply supplied with appropriate tools fo prepare meals. There are grocery stores nearby includin a Target. Just a few miles from the beaches and downtown Sarasota, with the interstate minutes from the house. The pool was inviting with plenty of towels, and outdoor activities. The host Nanette responded within minutes to our questions that we posted on the app. This is definitely on our list for a future stay. THANK YOU!

Our family had a great time in this property. The house looks great in the inside and the pool its salt water which makes it better. My suggestion is that you guys put better pictures because in the website you dont appreciate how nice the house is.
