This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits directly on the beach with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy magnificent views from the living room, kitchen, and the large open porch, perfect for watching nightly sunsets. Capri Condo D is also within walking distance to historic Bridge Street; filled with restaurants, shops, and the Bridge Street Pier!

This property also participates in our Professional Linen Program. This luxury amenity provides you with high-quality Comphy linens that are in place and ready for use upon your arrival including luxury bedding, sheets, bath towels, bathmats, washcloths, and beach towels.

Opening your door and strolling down to the beach - it doesn't get any better than that. Sit on your porch and watch as a dolphin swims by, the seagulls land on the beach, and then, the most exquisite sunset you will ever see! When not at the beach, walk over to the many local restaurants and Island shops or catch the free Trolley to visit the northern end of Anna Maria Island. You are also close to the Cortez bridge with easy access to the mainland.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note: There will be a 6% cancellation fee and any eligible refunds are subject to Anna Maria Vacations’ ability to re-rent the accommodation at the price contracted. If the home is re-rented (partially or fully), we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property for - less the 6% cancellation fee. Eligible refunds will be determined based on the difference between the contracted amount and the re-rented price, less the 6% cancellation fee.

There will be no refund if the home is not able to be re-rented. We do not make any sort of guarantee that we will be able to rent the property for what was originally paid.

Came for the weekend with my family. Condo is right on the beach and in the most happening part of Anna Maria Island. We left an electronic device in the unit and the host was kind enough to mail it to me. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent experience at this property! The location was perfect with the beach views and access. Seeing dolphins and manatees while sitting on the balcony every morning, was exactly why you get a beachfront property...and this one delivered! Close walk to breakfast every morning, with coffee at Back Alley Treasures and breakfast sandwiches at Waffel Celebrations was a perfect way to start the day! Enjoy your stay here for the proximity to the beach and surrounding family-friendly places to eat. Bedrooms were defintely spacious, and the overall listing was accurate. Property management hours of operation made any things that did pop up during our stay was comforting.

This condo was super clean and had everything we needed for the week. Location was within walking distance to great shops & restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to stay. We are already looking to return this fall.

Great location if you want to bar hop, otherwise it’s very congested area. The balcony is a little mis represented very small no real furniture and is shared, with other half of quad plex. Steep stairs to access the second floor so it might not be the best choice for the elderly.

We had a lovely time at the beach house condo. amazing views, access to beach, downtown and parking. nice sized rooms for two kids and adults and an extra pull out bed if needed. All the amenities of home and quiet.

Perfect location for relaxing girls trip with no car needed. Can't get any closer to the beach then this condo. Quiet, yet so so close to excellent restaurants, casual bars, spa and shopping. All of our needs were met. Twin beds are not super comfortable for an adult, but we managed and slept well regardless.

There are so many good things to say about this property. The most important is the location. You can't find a better location in my opinion. The island is skinny in where the condo is located so on one side of the condo is the beach, with a fantastic viewing window, and then a 1/4 block behind you is bridge street with shopping, dining, and the bay. The condo has smooth tiled floors throughout, so sand isn't an issue, and it is very clean and the kitchen fully furnished for cooking. We loved our stay in this condo on Anna Maria Island.

Hands down our favorite place ever. From watching the sunset from the balcony, no huge crowds, and walking distance to restaurants, piers, and shops. The condo was perfect size for the 4 of us and we all had the best time. Will definitely be back!

It was a great experience the place was perfect size for us and we loved the view. Although, I was disappointed that we had no privacy from our neighbors. The patio was not split apart, every time we wanted to sit outside or go out on the patio, their kids would come out run all over us. Couple of their kids tried to wake up my daughter by using their flashlight and waving through the patio sliding door. Another issue I had was I thought this was no smoking condo indoors, our next door neighbor was smoking weed and you could smell it in the Master bedroom for hours at night. It was really smelly. I have no problem if it was outside.

This is a beautiful condo, fabulous view and steps to the beach. Very comfortable furniture and beds, freshly painted and updated. Very short walk to Bridge Street, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!
