First floor of the building we enter the apartment:
From the entrance door we turn left and along the corridor we find at the end the sleeping area consisting of a huge room where we find the main bedroom consisting of a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, the two bedrooms are separated by a splendid arch in masonry and divided by a blackout curtain that gives the room the right amount of privacy, a large balcony overlooking Via Santa Maria connects the two bedrooms, on this side of the apartment a large and comfortable bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The right side of the apartment is made up of the living area, let's find out together:
A separate room is the laundry room which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, continuing along the long corridor we find the walk-in closet, a separate room designed to accommodate the storage needs of even the most demanding women.
The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, table and chairs for breakfast, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee corner.
We arrive at the highlight of the apartment: the huge living room with window with a breathtaking view of the lake and the marina, a sofa that becomes a French bed if necessary, the smart TV, the rustic fireplace, table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners with unmissable panorama, a large terrace to breathe the lake breeze.
The description of this spacious and comfortable apartment concludes by mentioning the air conditioning which is present in all rooms, the ultra-fast wifi network and the possibility of booking one or more reserved parking spaces in our partner garage.
Check-in time for this apartment is from 15.00 to 19.00, for arrivals after 19.00 and up to 23.30 there is a supplement of Euro 50.00. Pets are not allowed in this apartment, the entire apartment is NO SMOKING
