Welcome! This lovely two-unit home has been refreshed, sleeps sixteen, and is ready for you! The upstairs unit features 3 bedrooms/1.5 bathrooms, private laundry, and parking. The lower unit features 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, private laundry, and parking. Altogether you will have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This house offers comfort, convenience, and space! Located close to everything, get anywhere within minutes from the doorstep. Come and see it for yourself today! Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!
The Space:
Upstairs Unit/Unit A:
This is the upstairs unit/Unit A. Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Inside, the cozy open-concept living and dining rooms are to the left. The living room has a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV.
The large farm table with two benches and two chairs is the perfect gathering spot. We hope you come together to enjoy meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. We provide essential kitchenware items so you can prepare home cook meals during your stay!
Right off the front door are all three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two full beds and an attached half bathroom. The second has a full bed, armchair, and SmartTV. The third bedroom has a king bed. The full bathroom is in the hall with a shower/tub combination.
A charcoal grill is available for use outside.
Lower-Level Unit/Unit B:
This is the lower-level unit. Guests will enter through the front door labeled with the letter "B." Enter into the open-concept floor plan; the living room, dining space, and kitchen flow seamlessly.
The living space has a large SmartTV and queen sofa bed and can sleep up to two guests.
The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essential kitchenware items needed to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.
The bedroom has one queen and one full bed plus another large SmartTV. The bathroom has a stand up shower.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a residential area. Only an 8 min drive to Ascension St. Vincent's East Hospital, 7 min drive to Walmart Supermarket, and 13 min drive to Holiday Inn Birmingham airport.With everything you need just a short distance away!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
