Great place within short distance to Appleton…

It’s a beautiful old house inside with nice appointments and COMFORTABLE BEDS! We all slept well there. The only negative thing about the house, and for us it was minor, is that it’s acoustically very live with lots of beautiful wood work and plaster. Combine that with squeaky stairs and some doors, and it’s hard to be quiet while others are sleeping. I also could not figure out the TV in the living room, although I didn’t spend much time trying. Overall we were very satisfied and my kids did not want to leave.

Ray was a delight from check in details to needs during our stay. It is the prettiest house on the street and super close to the waterway and downtown Menasha. The home has been beautifully updated and feels super welcoming and comfortable. The neighbors with the little girl are really sweet and the dachshunds nextdoor are adorable. We are a very tall family so the only thing we had to watch was the ceiling in the basement room and the stairs going down. We were close to Appleton, Neenah, Oshgosh, Greenbay and Kaukauna where all my fanily is. I would definitely atay again!

Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. The house was cleaned and well prepared and check-in was a snap. It snowed a bit Saturday and the driveway was taken care of quickly.
Will stay here again if we are in the area and thank you Raymond for the great experience.
