The apartment is very spacious and clean. The communication with the company was also very pleasant. Every room has air conditioning. It is fully equipped with everything you need during the stay. Overall a very pleasant experience and an amazing apartment

The location to attractions around Malta is pretty central, and that’s about it.
On arrival to the property for self check in we greeted with the power loss. So self check in via the electronic keypad was impossible. Rang the number provided and it took them three hours to get somebody down to let us in. Once we gained access there was still confusion as to which unit number we were staying in and the key was not available for us. We waited the further half an hour for another gentleman to get there with the key for our apartment. Due to the power outage we then had to log our luggage up three flights of stairs without any assistance. Fortunately our unit wasn’t affected by the power outage but half of the building was. To be fair I think they corrected this problem the following day as the power did not go out again. The apartment cleanliness was not up to standard, both the apartment in the common areas had builders dust present. Common areas continually got dirty and then our one week stay this was not attended to at all during our stay.
Cigarette butts and papers in the common area as well as rubbish stains from leaky garbage bags.
The internal comfort of the apartment was not that great, the beds are as hard as concrete. The hot water runs out after about 5 to 7 minutes and you have to wait another 15 minutes for it to heat up again. There is no tea and coffee facility provided in the kitchen not even a pod machine even if you wanted to supply your own pods. There was no dishwashing liquid to hand wash up and no dishwasher tablets to use the dishwasher. We were provided two rolls of toilet paper for four people for one week stay. The apartment is not very soundproof and you cannot often hear people running on the floors above and talking in the other joining units. The visitors in the unit next-door to us we’re constantly on the balcony smoking marijuana and we were unable to open our doors as we have small children and I refuse to subject them to this.

There wasn't the broom for keep the house clean also during our vacation
3.5 / 5.0
The property was newly renovated, clean and had all the facilities you need for a young family.
There was constant power outages because of too much electrical loads from all flats on the central distribution board causing the power to trip out.

We like the apartment lay out
Air-conditioning working very well
Quite understand that is a new building and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Will itemised what we didn't like
Apartments were not cleaned before we checked in as we can see dust on the floor
No mirrors in the rooms
WiFi and electricity going off and on
Ensuite room if possible to put tiles on the wall in the bathroom because of steam which might spoil the wall I guess.
Also, would suggest to put instructions about how appliances is operated in each apartment as we struggled to use the cooking hob. Washing machine and dryer appears easy to operate
