The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals and snacks featuring stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a deep island. A half bath is also located on the main floor.
The bottom floor offers a second master bedroom with a private bath, featuring a large shower and toilet, a king bed with two side tables, a sizable desk with a rolling chair, a 60-inch-smart TV with a Roku, a standing oscillating tower fan, a noise machine with numerous settings, down-filled pillows, comforter, decorative pillows, and an extra blanket.
The top floor features a lengthy, bright, and open master bedroom with a private bath, two cozy guest bedrooms with dedicated working stations, a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo + hanging rack, and a guest bath with a shower/tub combo and toilet.
The upper master bedroom has a private bath featuring a large shower and private toilet, a king bed set with a dresser and two side tables with USB charging ports, a long comfortable modern couch, a 60-inch-smart TV, colorful canvas wall art, a standing oscillating tower fan, a noise machine with numerous settings, down-filled pillows, comforter, decorative pillows, and an extra blanket.
Both guest bedrooms offer queen beds with two side tables, 55-inch smart TVs with Roku's, standing oscillating tower fans, noise machines with numerous settings, down-filled pillows, comforters, decorative pillows, and extra blankets. Each has ample-sized desks for work on the go. The canopy bedroom offers a standing desk with dual monitor hookups.
Guest access
Guests are able to access the entire townhome using a keypad code from the front door. No garage access for guests.
