This is an *amazing* 3 story / 5 bedroom house with a finished basement! This is the perfect house for a large group (w/pets) visiting Annapolis.
It has the following must have amenities:
-Multiple king sized beds
-TVs in 3 of the 5 bedrooms
-Indoor gas-powered grill in kitchen! Cook your burgers, dogs, and steaks rain or shine.
-Spacious backyard - perfect for guests with pups
-Short walk to USNA and multiple restaurants on Main & West St
-Easy / cheap parking at nearby garage (~1 block away)
The Space:
This is an immaculate property with 3 stories plus a finished basement. It has a wonderful wood front porch and a *HUGE* backyard - perfect for pets or for entertaining close family and friends.

Floor by floor configuration:
1st floor - foyer, living room (couch is a sleeper sofa), dining room, kitchen, powder bathroom
2nd floor - master bedroom / bathroom suite (king bed + smart TV), non-master bedroom (king bed), full non-master bathroom
3rd floor - master bedroom (queen bed + twin bed sized sleeper sofa + spacious desk + smart TV), non-master bedroom (queen bed), full non-master bathroom (shared / not ensuite), nook with daybed which flips into king-sized sleeper sofa.
Basement - bonus room perfect for kids with trundle (2x connected twin beds + smart TV), powder bathroom
Outside - front porch with furniture, back porch / fenced in yard with furniture
Total of 5 bathrooms (2x powder baths / 3x full baths).
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and backyard except for locked storage closets.
The Neighborhood:
Annapolis' Murray Hill neighborhood is wonderful! There are tons of restaurants, bars, and boutiques on West St which is two blocks away. Distance from local landmarks:
-Church Circle - 4 blocks away
-Main St - 5 blocks away
-USNA Gate 3 - 9 blocks away
-Annapolis City Dock - 12 blocks away
-USNA Gate 1 - 12 blocks away
Getting Around:
There is a free public bus that leaves from the Knighton Garage which is 1 block away from this property. We recommend parking here since you might get a ticket if you park on the street during the day. You can park on the street for up to 2 hours per day from 8 am to midnight. You can park for free on the street from midnight to 8am.
This means that if you park on the street at 10pm you can move you car as late as 10am the next day and avoid getting a ticket.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.
Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra)

This house is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs or cats this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog/cat hair here and there.
We charge a pet fee of $50/night per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $250/week per pet and $500/month per pet for longer term guests. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.
***If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then I reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.***
If you are local to the Annapolis area and book for less than 5 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming I can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100/hr or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front porch, back deck, or front or back yard***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) We assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.

Beautiful house in great location! It was the perfect house for our annual trip (group of 10 friends) to Annapolis! It was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you need in a rental house.
Eric and team were super responsive and accommodating!

We had a family long weekend in Annapolis and really enjoyed our stay in this home! Location was great, very quiet neighborhood. Annapolis is a beautiful city with lots to see and do. The Navy Academy is a must see, take the water taxi over to Eastport, quiet neighborhood with great restaurants. We will be back!

My wife and I along with our four children (ages 17-25) stayed recently at this property for induction day for our youngest into the USNA. Every family member was very satisfied with the accommodations. It was just as advertised. If you are in good health, this location is very walkable to Main street, the Academy, and restaurants and taverns. We will likely stay here again in the future, and next time we won't rent a car.

This was a last minute trip for a weekend outing with my adult son, a family friend, and our small dog. The owners have done a fantastic job of using the space so the home would comfortably accommodate a large group. But even though we only used 3 bedrooms it was very comfortable with all the thoughtful amenities needed for a great stay. Great location close to all the great pubs, etc. But SUCH a quiet neighborhood which was wonderful and private. Great little yard also for our dog.
We also had need to contact the management company and they were incredibly responsive. I'm a frequent renter of properties and this counts a lot in my book. So totally happy with the experience and would recommend, especially if you're taking a pet!

Enjoyed your home. Did think we would see one more full bedroom rather than the cement floor basement. Additional dish towels and some dish rags would have been appreciated. Home was comfortable and well stocked.

We were in town for our Niece’s wedding with all of our kids and their spouses/significant others. Great being able to stay all together in one place! House was very clean and comfortable - worked out great!!

Really great place-super tastefully done. Limited supplies and counter space in kitchen was the only downside. Location was super peaceful and quiet which was so nice too.

We had a great stay in Annapolis. In fact, our coffee machine was not working properly and within a few hours we had a new one. Eric was incredibly responsive and the house was clean and accommodated our large group.

This beautiful property is in a great location. My family and I were able to walk to shops and restaurants and enjoy all Annapolis has to offer. We had plenty of space in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family gathering.

Stayed at this property with extended family in town for a funeral. The home is comfortable and roomy. Our children (ages 20-29) loved the location and being able to walk to sightsee and restaurants nearby. Great communication from the manager. Would be a great spot for Naval Academy events.

Mr . Eric I want to say thank you for allowing us the accommodation you gave us. My family were so excited about it you made our stay much much more enjoyable! It was great we made sure that the house was found the way we received it minus linen being used thank you if I am in the area even as for as Washington DC I would book this place it is worth the drive and the neighbors were nice they thought I bought it it is a beautiful and inviting home! I was able to see my family in the area as well my grands I am so grateful!
