Damage Waiver Fee:
For added peace of mind, a $36 damage waiver fee is included in your reservation. This fee covers accidental property damage during your stay. Please review the house rules for further details.

In addition, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, on the day of your arrival we will provide you with a free welcome kit, which includes some basic personal care and kitchen products.

Pool only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a supplement of 100 USD.

We do not provide bath towels.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on outside temperature.

We only offer one parking space and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
