Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: reception hall, living room (wood stove: 1st flame offered), communicating with a beautiful fitted kitchen, separate toilet (washbasin), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200 ), bathroom (walk-in shower), utility room,. Upstairs: large mezzanine converted into a lounge area with TV, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed), 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed), 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed), a large bathroom (bath), separate toilet. Garage. Large enclosed wooded grounds. Possibility of having kayaks, paddles delivered to you....ask the owners...The 1st Saturday of August, big sale on the beach of Port Blanc: contact the owners for the terms and conditions of access to the gîte. In the pretty village of Port Blanc, on the edge of the beach, just the road to cross....123 meters exactly...La Maison de la Chapelle will be a lovely resort for your next vacation.... The environment is completely exotic: a pretty pleasant garden in a small dead end: no car to pass... Comfortably installed, you will appreciate the trendy and harmonious and personalized decoration carried out by the owners who have invested a lot to make your holidays memorable... Everything has been thought...Families with young children will benefit from the sailing school and the children's club right next door. The coastal footpath invites you to take superb hikes to discover this magnificent Gorse Coast... 4.5 km from the center of Penvenan, 11.5 km from the center of Tréguier, a pretty town of character, 27 km from Paimpol and 17 km from Perros- Guirec.
