The shower/bathroom was amazing! Bed was so incredibly comfortable and it was ideally located in the heart of downtown hot springs. Absolutely beautiful. The recent renovations were extremely comfortable. So grateful for the opportunity to stay here and will definitely stay here again!
There was very little I didn't like. It's an Old building so you can hear the folks above you walking around more than you would in a standard hotel. But honestly, that didn't even matter bc everything else was so magnificent and it's to be expected in an old building.

The place was newer an nice
First thing...the parking is not great, and the front door is really hard to get into...the room was all clean but the floors were really dirty...it was hard to tell unless walking on them, u did not want to walk on them barefooted.. also not enough towels or places to place stuff in bathrooms or no nightstand to charge phone
10.0 / 10.0
1. Free street parking right outside the building.
2. 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, Central Ave., & Bathhouse Row.
3. Secure digital access to building and individual suites.
4. Quick response from manager if needed.
5. CLEAN!
6. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink. Basic utensils, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, and bowls.
7. Large bathroom with huge shower.
8. Large space with table for 4, sofa, 2 queen beds(very comfortable).
The only thing we had an issue with was that we really needed instructions for the air conditioner remote. We made this suggestion directly to the manager, and it was well received.

Nothing:At arrival door was not working properly to enter. Contacted owner or contact person told to use door down sidewalk. Got to room filled with cigarette smoke and ac not working properly. It took awhile for owner to respond both times to complaint. Hotel suppose to be a smoke free building. I had severe asthma ended up sick.
Area was run down and not smoke free and ac didn’t work right. Took minutes to get owner to reply. I request refund and owner said I didn’t cancel when I told him I left hotel to go home if booking.com couldn’t find me a better place to stay.

The location was perfect a 10 minute walk to downtown, I also love the communication and the great parking.
I don't like that air conditioner unit they have, it's one of those Samsung windfree ac units I'm not sure if it was broken or what but it didn't cool the room at all but thankfully the weather was perfect at night.

The location was within walking distance of the Convention Center where my meetings were held. The renovations were very well done.
Front door access. TV was a mystery to operate and one night it came on twice without being powered up. The second time it woke me up and I couldn’t get it to power off for awhile.

quiet location within walking distance of a few bars & police station in the immediate area adds to safer feeling..plenty of parking available right out front or in rear..
Bathroom Door was tricky, other than that the unit was very nice

It was in a great location.
The lock on the doors was def a problem.

Short walk to the main strip of shops and such. Clean and comfy.
Not much to complain about. Maybe add some items? Room felt kinda bare. Luggage rack or a chair would be great. Also maybe a deadbolt inside the room? Just would have helped me feel a little more secure if I’d been traveling alone.

I loved how clean it was and the shower was my favorite part about it.
The man I talked with over the phone sounded uninterested in helping me at first.

Very clean, comfortable accommodations near area I needed very quiet most of the time.
Door was difficult to maneuver (company working on that issues to resolve it) was near entry door and very noisy people entering around midnight but only for a short time

very clean, new, minimalist aesthetic. Booked through booking but they didn’t tell me the room number and code (annoying) so I had to message the property manager (who responded immediately).
VERY thin walls. Dude next door was on the phone (I assume) talking in what was probably a normal tone but to me next door it sounded like he was in my room. The bathroom shelf was falling off the wall and also, the bathroom - weird layout.

Super clean, as in “brand spanking fresh”. Extremely effective a/c. Very modern, minimalist esthetic, with big(yuuuge) shower. A short walk to downtown. Quiet and secure.
No complaints, seriously!
