• The large number of windows and balconies means that noise travels so this isn't the place for parties.

• The kitchen is clean and bright but simple.

• Pets are not allowed in this property.

• This property has a video intercom to see visitors before buzzing them into the building.

• There are minor renovation works on the upper stories of the building in July 2024.

• The underground car space is not suitable for larger cars.

• There is a washing line on the roof of the building. For access, take the lift to level 8 and go through the fire door. The building entrance key will give you access. The sea breeze will dry clothes in record time!
