Additionally, we are located ½ mile from one of our areas leading hospitals, Baptist Beaches.
The Property: Stepping into the modern, clean, coastal designed property will immediately feel at home. The open-concept living area boasts comfortable seating and a large 75” flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax with family and friends after a long day of exploring the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to whip up a feast. Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area, or head out to the balcony to dine al fresco while enjoying the salty ocean breeze.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, balcony, walk in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also well equipped with a comfortable queen- size bed and flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom contains 2 large bunk beds with a total of 2 full beds and 2 single beds.
This property is pet friendly and includes a fenced in backyard for your pets to play. Our large private garage is stocked with beach toys & has plenty of room to park your car and store additional beach gear.
